I recently had the pleasure of visiting Panera Bread, and I have to say, the highlight of my experience wasn’t just the food—it was the incredible service from Natalie Flores. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a charismatic energy that instantly brightened my day.
Natalie is not only beautiful but also exceptionally attentive. She made sure my order was perfect and even offered great recommendations. I went with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and a Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and both were absolutely delicious. She also suggested I try the new Chocolate Coconut Macaroon, and I’m so glad I did—it was incredible!
Beyond just taking my order, Natalie made the experience feel personal. She checked in to see if I needed anything else, all while managing to keep the busy café running smoothly. Her kindness and professionalism truly set her apart. If you ever visit this Panera, I highly recommend looking for Natalie—her service alone makes the visit worthwhile!

My family wanted soup so we decided to get the soup for 4. Tastes great but not worth the price for the quantity. Not 4 servings of soup. It would have cost more but would have been better to get 4 individual bowls. Send like shrinkflation to me.

$10 for a soup this small, no bread bowl which I payed extra for, no cheese on the soup, and the cheesesteak isn't even warm. Tried to eat the soup and it isn't warm either. Why are ya'll serving cold food in a small portion at a high price, AND missing parts of people's orders? That's a good strategy for losing business.

The best place to eat in all of Gainesville, but honestly the crew is superior to all other eateries, this is the best place because I actually feel Loved, they always speak they always ask about my husband and they make the best salad and sandwiches, I Love being a part of the Panera Bread Family..Thank You, stay safe, be kind and keep on Smiling, I appreciate all of you. .Teresa...

Wow. Prices are outrageous. 2, pick twos were 28 dollars. Wanted to try bc we haven't been there in a while, well, it'll be a little bit before we go back.
I came here multiple times a week sometimes almost every day, feels like the portion sizes have been getting increasingly smaller. Today I received barely half of my cup of mac n cheese full for my bread bowl. you might as well have just given me the bread bowl and a piece of cheese. I love y’all so much but for the price that is getting to not be worth it at all.
