Papa Johns Pizza

It had been a while since I’ve had Papa John’s. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality.

Tonight was my last attempt to support this location. I'm not a hard person to please, but I can honestly say that I've never had a good experience dealing with this particular store. I don't know if it's poor management, or if their employee turn around is too quick to develop good customer service skills.
I wish them the best.

Got there on time like instructed then I was informed that they have given my 3 large pizzas away and there was no apologies given from them and I ended up needed to buy some drinks too as well and they didn’t even offer a discount or even for free for the mess up. I guess Domino’s is the only place that takes care of you and offers you deals and items for free when it’s their fault. Then we get all the pizzas here and they are all under cooked and not even sliced or cut. Don’t bother trying to contact a manager cause they’ll just leave you on hold for 15 minutes. Just save your money and Dominos is only just around the corner from their and Napoli’s is only 10 minutes away. .

The food is always delicious depending on one's taste. Not much room for waiting. I always find the staff friendly.

I got two pizzas tonight, and one of them had a beard hair baked into the cheese. It was either a beard hair, or half eyelash But it was definitely in the cheese, would not scrape off..........

Ordered a delivery tonight with five items. Only four of my items showed up. They were left outside on the front stoop of my apartment building. No contact was made nor did they try to call me, knock on the door or anything. Last I knew it was Papa John’s policy to not leave an order that they should always contact someone. I called the store immediately upon realizing that I was missing an item spoke to someone, he puts me on hold, lets me know that my missing item is gonna be sent out and while I was on hold, I was unboxing the rest of the items and realized that my papa bowl was made incorrectly. He puts me on hold. Comes back to tell me that my papa bowl didn’t show up on their side that I wanted Canadian bacon and that’s why it was incorrect. Mind you I’m looking at the box with the label that says how it should’ve been. He stated that I would now need to talk to the manager. Manager says that she personally made my papa bowl and she knows that it was correct even though what is sitting in front of me was not correct. (Photos attached) So she lets me know after essentially calling me a liar that she’s going to resend out my papa bowl “if I would like that” I said uh ya absolutely I would because I paid for it. Yet it is now two hours. My papa bowl replacement has been delivered by a gentleman who made a “nasty smell sound” as he walked in my apartment hallway (my neighbor has a dog and it’s wet out, so naturally lol) I guess not realizing that I was standing in the hallway. My original item that I was missing, which was cheese sticks have still not shown up. You will not get any more of my business and I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. We don’t eat out super often and when we do it’s most likely Papa John’s. Now I’m scrambling to feeds kids at 8pm after we waited and waited for their item (the cheese sticks) to show up! Never again! Service just keeps getting worse and worse everywhere!

Update: got a call at 9pm, 45 mins or so after posting this review from manager “Tess”? & THREE HOURS after my order was placed. Transcription attached, sorta, it missed the part where she asks if I still want it delivered or if not she will add to my account that I can get a “free” cheese stick….something I ALREADY paid for but never received!

Tobis is the best!!! My pizza is always fresh hot and perfect! So many amazing sides ! They sell two liter drinks as well as 20oz bottles ! There are tons of choices to put for toppings and different crusts from stuffed crust to gluten free you will be amazed!

Today mom and I decided to get pizza and wings at Papa Johns,, so I placed my order online then went inside Papa John's to wait for my order. The employee (Tobias) was very welcoming and professional. The stuffed pizza was veeery good mmmm and the wings OMG delicious and so juicy. Both tasted fresh and yummy. Thank you Tobias for doing an amazing job. Mom and I will visit Papa John's again.
