the store in 1599 mineral spring in providence ri has the worst employee ever. Her name is Mackenzie Pollard and she thinks she's the best also she flirt with the other employees and customers. What a shame having people like that working in place like this. Plus the pizza is awful

wants to charge me a delivery fee when, they don't even have drivers anymore but use Door dash

Can’t seem to get anyone to answer the phone where I’m at. I just sat down with my family to eat the pizza that was delivered…. And there is someone’s NOSE RING that fell out of the pizza. No one in my house has those.

Delivery arrived cold and half what was ordered. Foreign call center never picks up phone. Drove to the store in Warminster, PA 390-A York Rd. Rude manager did not want to make it right. I finally demanded my money back, but Still had to "eat" the $5 tip we gave the driver. While there, we noticed there were no heat lamps to keep the waiting pies hot. A lso, the driver had no heat bag to keep the order hot. Owner probably TOO CHEAP to pay for them. Also, a Large is not a large, it's 14", what any other store would call a Medium.

I Love the customer service here without a doubt. I appreciate the staff here. They really know how to treat customers. And the pizzas here always have a great taste. On Halloween we came and got some pizzas for our party and they did NOT disappoint. Quality and Customer Service are #1 here.

My dad told me about this location. Staff here is amazing. They provide great customer service! Jakob, the manager here is unique for a young man running this location. Whenever we have work meetings we order our pizza here!! I highly recommend this location!!

This Papa John's Pizza location is by far the best in Hall County. The staff here is amazing. I truly appreciate the spectacular customer service, and the pizzas kick a** .
Jakob the general manager is the driving force for this location. I stopped going to the other pizza joint on Thompson Bridge. If you want quality and customer service come to this location.

I have been in touch with the store and with corporate and seems no one wants to do anything about the issue. We ordered pizza on July 12, 2024. When our delivery driver got her first off she knocked on our door like she was the police, which then I knew it was gonna be an issue. I opened the door to let her know I had dogs to let me put them up and I would come out. Well before I could even say anything she said “Um you forgot the tip” not hey how are you or nothing. I closed the door and finished dealing with my dogs. We then went out to get the pizza. Signed our name still did not leave a tip, not that we wasn’t going to but that attitude was not worth it. Well checked out bank and a $8 tip was added. They’re trying to say that we did it. But 100% did NOT. I would always check you bank after a couple days seeing they like to add their own tip. We will not be ordering pizza from this papa John’s again seeing that no one with papa John’s wants to take accountability for the driver. It’s not even about the $8.00 tip how many other people did she do this to and they didn’t notice it

I am absolutely disappointed in the quality of this pizza. There is literally no toppings and about 6 inches of crust and no garlic sauce, I'm pretty sure a garlic sauce is always included. Definitely will choose the other Papa John's even if it is a hair further.

Love it they opened this Papa John’s near us!! We would drive to Jesse jewel papa John’s to get great service!! Now we have Mgr Jake & Sabrina at our new Papa John’s Thompson bridge! They ALWAYS get my pizza right!! To the owner Jake the manager is Excellent!! Great Attitude, courteous & friendly & gets it right. Thanks Jake!!! Rob Barlow.

The Pizza I had this evening was very disappointing, any frozen pizza from the grocery store would have been better, at $23.00 for a pizza you would expect something better, I personally will never order a Papa John’s Pizza again.
