Papa's Pizza To Go

I called to order some and pick it up. and some new guy answered the phone. I could not even hear the person. Trying to take my order. And in the middle of trying to understand each other. he passed me to some one else that was very confident purkey and ready to go. She was great. Suggested what was great. When I came to pick up my food. The youg lady that took over on the phone greeted me an was very present. My food was great. Except while paying they just stood behind her and made it very weird. After talking to the young lady a little while she said they got new owners and are trying to make some changes. I really hope that these new changes don't effect this little shop. I was going to give it a one star but Stephanie made me change my mind.. she was great

Parking: Next to a gas station so parking was a bit hard. But the service was excellent 10/10 recommend.

Can I leave 0 stars. Honestly just the worst. Customer service was horrible. The wait was outrageous. And the food was eh at best. What a genuine waste of my time and money.

Great food and great people! Mrs. Paula delivered our pizza to the boat ramp and was extremely nice! I highly recommend this pizza place.

Extremely slow service, called my order in 10 mins before I arrived. Took them 20 mins to serve me a thing of bread sticks.

It seems like every time we order it takes longer for the pizza to arrive. Tonight we waited 1.5 hours for completely cold pizza - very disappointing. We live 10 min away so I guess if we want it we have to go pick it up.

The food is amazing. The customer service on the phone is great. It’s hard to find good friendly people now days but Papas pizza excelled in this area!! I called and spoke with Katie (I think was her name) she was so nice.?

Small local pizza place they have a Buffett and prices are reasonable, they food is really good. I crave it Everytime I'm nearby.

Unfortunately I like the food but I've never had a delivery from here that didn't take 1.5 hours, save yourself time and just pick it up.
