It seems like every time we order it takes longer for the pizza to arrive. Tonight we waited 1.5 hours for completely cold pizza - very disappointing. We live 10 min away so I guess if we want it we have to go pick it up.

Food is delicious and if you order the buffet they'll make you basically anything you ask for......within reason. Don't forget to ask for the p-nut butter and chocolate dessert pizza...OMG. their salad is fresh and crispy also

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza from looking on line, so I called the restaurant on Dawsonville Hwy. I didn’t need to put in the STORE LOCATOR, because I had the phone number. The menu that I pulled up on line didn’t say ANYTHING about bacon on this pizza. I asked the young lady if they have buffalo chicken pizza, they did, so I ordered it. How was I supposed to know that the Dawsonville Store put bacon on their pizza. Now I can’t eat PORK, and haven’t eaten it since Nov. 1999. It made me sick to my stomach, so I called them. The manager wasn’t there, but the manager, Paula, called me back. She kept telling me that I was supposed to use the store locator to pull up their menu, because all the stores have different menus. . Now how the heck am I supposed to know that???? I pulled up Papa’s Pizza to look at the menu, then I called them!! Paula was arguing with me, and we kept going round and around about how I was supposed to use the store locator. I was getting irritated with her, she said she didn’t know what she could do for me. I said I wanted to be refunded for that pizza, and she said “she would not”. I just said that we’re done then, and hung up on her. Soooooo EVERYONE make sure you use that store locator to pull their menu up! I don’t want you to get sick, and eat something that you can’t eat. Don’t want you sick, or worse eat something you’re allergic to. They will not care and will refuse to give you a refund.

We placed an order and came back to get it and they told us they were out of pasta. They went above and beyond to make it right. It was delicious!

Had to stop and have lunch last week as I found myself on that side of the county. i had the meatball calzone that was very good. It took about 20+ minutes to prepare it and I began to worry about my time limits, but it arrived hot and fresh and I was able to eat and get back on the road on time. I have no problem returning again when in the area.
