I called in in order to have it delivered two and a half hours later.It has still not been picked up or delivered so canceled.My order.It took forever to get them to find it in the system.And when they did, they discovered it was still sitting there

Placed a carry out order. It said it would be ready in 15-20mins got there at the 20mins and they said it would be 20mins for my order to be ready. It’s not the first time.

Excessive delays when picking up online orders, poor customer service, you arrive and they ignore you, it's impossible to go to this store.
The service was not great. The pizza was overly greasy. And every table was sticky and nasty.

Employees are rude, place is nasty beyond belief, and the food always takes forever to come out.

I ordered my pizza and breadsticks online from my job 3 miles down the street. It tells me that I need to call the location and ask if they received my order for some reason. I called three times and was transferred each time the first time I was transferred without even finishing what I was asking for Then I show up at the store to ask if they have my order because they have already taken the money out of my account and the manager tells me that it’s an ongoing problem with online not working right and not taking payments correctly. That should be fixed 100% Also he tells me then he cannot give me the same deal that I originally had because it’s an online deal. And then he tried to charge me an extra $10 than what I originally had paid. This is the second time I’ve had this issue with this Pizza Hut. I’m not sure if they just don’t wanna sell anything or if they just teach their management not to take care of the customer because if anything I should’ve gotten a discount for the inconvenience their system has not being charged an extra $10 I think that I will just start ordering from a different pizza place from here on out

Worst experience EVER. Literally was told the sauce on my breaded boneless wings had dripped off the wings since they had sat there for an hour(even tho my order was picked up in like 30 min) but that’s not the point here …. Lmao…. I couldn’t do anything else but laugh. Like how was this even acceptable to put out for pick up. Like look at it.

I’ve already had bad experiences here due to DoorDash not delivering my order even though I order on the app, not DoorDash. And them being pushy about a tip. I ordered pizza and wings last night, and this morning I threw up around 5 different times and my sister as well. I think we got some type of food poisoning from this it’s awful.

Pizza delivered cold. No delivery driver they had to use door dash. The manager Thomas said I had to call back the next day to get my money back and then didn’t answer the phone when I called. Don’t order from this location!!!
