I just discovered this place on Facebook last night and ran up to North Hall today for a lasagna, strawberry shortcake and a coffee to go for a friends birthday celebration. The lasagna was rich, saucy, cheesy, meaty and flavorful. The strawberry shortcake a masterful blend of buttery shortcake, juicy strawberries, and delicious cream. It’s a bit far from me in Flowery Branch but a beautiful drive instead of shopping, prepping, and cooking … this may become a regular thing! I literally could not have purchased all the ingredients for the price of the casserole. Brittney was so friendly and helpful on the front porch. I got what I needed and on my way in no time. Will definitely be back to try other dishes!

I stumbled across Quillians on Facebook and decided to go give it a try tonight for the first time. All I can say is WOW! It was absolutely worth the hour drive from where I live. I got the fried mountain trout and my boyfriend got the bone in pork chops. I can honestly say each dish was perfect! Even the Texas toast was done just right! I also had a slice of the key lime pie for dessert and it was phenomenal. It’s obvious that everything is made from scratch, I managed a restaurant for 13 years and you can tell when food is fresh or out of a frozen box or a can. We will most certainly be making the drive here for dinner again. Wish we had a place like this in Forsyth county!

If you like barnhouse core and a homey feeling the building will satisfy that need although this restaurant is build to be a family restaurant similar to Red lobster the space doesn't accommodate. Big fan of the potato soup and the salmon is accurately described as dry the bread roll was a food supply set that sat for a little too long, they put a lot of work into the appearance of the restaurant. Moving on to dessert we chose to get to get strawberry champagne and pistachio macarons nice crunch but the shell on the strawberry was too hard. But everyone knows how hard it is the pistachio macarons I had was jus right perfect!!

Party of 5 ages 8 to 70, the food was exceptional fish, burgers, shrimp and stake the sides absolutely fresh and and yummy. Our server was friendly, efficient, and checked on us frequently. The prices were reasonable and the dessert were to die for. Our whole family are so happy we found Quillians Grill. We will definitely be back.

I ate here last night the food was awesome , We even ordered Togo for later . I also ordered our family thanksgiving from here . Everyone was so nice . We also ordered pumpkin spice cheese cake and a brownie. You pay separate for those , only thing is they forgot to give us our brownie , we got the ice cream for it though , hopefully when I pick up Thanksgiving they will give us another brownie. 10/10
