Our server was Mar’Quex and we came in on Christmas Eve. She was absolutely exceptional!!! Fantastic service and one of the best services that we have had at this restaurant! She was extremely friendly, quick service, and an overall amazing experience. Thanks to everyone who gave their Christmas Eve to work there!

Marquex was wonderful. Not only with us but watching and listening as she interacted at other tables. She had a great attitude especially with it being Christmas Eve and being short staffed. It seemed as all the staff were showing holiday spirit.

Red Lobster holds a certain nostalgia for me, and I genuinely want to enjoy it the way I once did. Unfortunately, the experience today feels underwhelming. The food arrived hot and was prepared competently, but the flavors were noticeably bland. Service was solid and attentive, which I appreciated, but it wasn't enough to elevate the overall visit.
The bigger issue is relevance. With so many restaurants, now offering fresher, more creative, and higher quality seafood options, Red lobster feels dated. It hasn't kept Pace with how expectations around seafood dining have evolved. What was once a destination now feels like a fallback - adequate, but uninspired.
In short: dependable service, passable food, but little reason to return when better seafood experiences are readily available elsewhere.

Sad to say that I will not be going back to another Red Lobster. We had a party of 8 for a traditional birthday party meal. I got the jambalaya and it was clearly not fresh. Clumps of rice and I could tell it had been microwaved. Others at the table got the ultimate feast and it was mediocre at best. The server seemed as if we were too much for her at one time. Party of 8. No drinking involved. Not asking for anything out of normal. Very over priced for the quality and portion sizes. Farewell Red Lobster.

I’ve done business here many times, never had any issues. They offer a free dessert on your birthday, so I went inside to get that. Was very excited, but the staff and manager were not friendly or welcoming at all. They made me feel uncomfortable and seemed to have judged me for not sitting down and dining with them. You guys need to do better. Nasty attitudes are what run a business into the ground. Will not be returning.

The lobster duo is a great dish. Avoid Red Lobster desserts though. I got the key lime pie. It was >$10 for a slice of stale, grocery-store deli/bakery flare.

Our water tasted like mold. When we informed our waitress she mentioned they had been having an issue with that I am Not sure why she served it to us knowing this. The food was so-so. Waitress was sweet and apologetic about they water. However Its a little pricey for overcooked seafood and moldy water.
