One of the best meals we've had in a long time and definitely the best service! Y'all ask for Mar'Quex if you want to get treated right! It's Lobsterfest and we definitely took advantage of the selection. Everything was cooked to perfection and service was fast for a Saturday night. The homemade mashed potatoes are so creamy and seasoned well. And those cheddar garlic biscuits are still as delicious today as they were when I first started eating them 40 years ago!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Red Lobster, all thanks to Natalie! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I absolutely love the crab dip there; it's creamy and packed with flavor, making it a must-try! Natalie recommended it, and I couldn't be happier with her suggestion. Overall, her excellent service and the delicious food made for a fantastic evening. I highly recommend visiting and asking for Natalie!

Linda our server was amazing. It was my moms 72nd birthday. A miracle in its own as she had a stroke 3 weeks prior and we didn't think she was gonna make it. Linda made Mom's birthday extra special and the Lobster fest feasts were delicious. Mom said it was the best day of her new life.

I had such an awesome time at Red Lobster! Natalie was our server, and she was seriously the sweetest. She made sure we had everything we needed. And can we talk about the sweet tea? It was so refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness! I could drink it all day. If you go, definitely ask for Natalie! You won't regret it!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Red Lobster, thanks to our incredible server, Natalie! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable from the start.
During our meal, I realized I had made a mistake when ordering—I meant to request a substitution on my entrée but failed to mention it clearly. When my dish arrived as originally listed on the menu, I let Natalie know about the mix-up, fully expecting that I’d have to just stick with what I ordered. However, instead of making me feel bad for the mistake, she was incredibly understanding and immediately offered to fix it.
She quickly helped me and fixed my own mistake. She even checked back multiple times to ensure I was happy with my meal once it arrived. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness turned what could have been an awkward situation into an outstanding dining experience.
Natalie truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be asking for her the next time I visit. Thank you, Natalie, for your excellent service!

We have always loved Red Lobster. Went to the Res Lobster in Gainesville GA, this is the nastiest, place there was food all in the chairs etc. we sat down to start to order and the waitress came about 5 minutes after we sat down. We were there about 2:30 in the afternoon so not a busy time. We asked for water never greeted when came to table just what you want to drink. When she finally returned, the water tasted like came out of the toilet. She just sat it down and left. We told her we were ready to order, she just left came back later we ask for biscuits, she brought out 3 tiny biscuits that were doughy in the middle. We ask for some tea because the water was so bad she put it down and never returned it. All the people in there were going to car to get jackets because the air was so cold you couldn’t even enjoy the crappy meal. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!
