I brag about Scooters and it’s not good when nobody is working at 9am in the morning and just pissed off everyone that sat at the drive-thru. This location needs better management immediately!

If you advertise you’re OPEN you should be OPEN, two days this weekend you’ve been closed during business hours.

Extremely inconsistent, they’re never open when they say they are, drinks are always wrong and staff turnover is clearly high. This location is not up to the standards of every other location I’ve been to, owners should consider selling to another franchisee, this is a stain on the company.

Went to this coffee house that opened on the site of the original El Sombrero restaurant. They are drive through only. I was greeted by an employee who recommended me one of their waffle sandwiches to try. I declined, wanting to try their new Red Bull infusion drinks that they've been advertising. I got the Aquamarine infusion which mixed the the Yellow Edition with blue raspberry and coconut flavors. The drink was ok being similar to what is offered at QuickTrip. Overall good customer service and a good alternative to Dunkin' and Starbucks.
Went there for the deal of the day -a caramelicious -which is s hot expresso and the free collectable caramelicious sticker. Of course they didn’t even have the sticker and after we left we discovered the coffee was cold as ice and not that it even had ice in it after ordering a hot expresso. So I wasted time and money.

This place is so underrated! The coffee is delicious, so is the food, the service is great, and the prices are amazing! My family and I choose scooters over any other coffee place! If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out!

I ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and it was fine. Nothing to write home about, but the service was quick! I’d compare it to Dunkin’ or something like that - not bad for what it is.
