Extremely inconsistent, they’re never open when they say they are, drinks are always wrong and staff turnover is clearly high. This location is not up to the standards of every other location I’ve been to, owners should consider selling to another franchisee, this is a stain on the company.

Went to this coffee house that opened on the site of the original El Sombrero restaurant. They are drive through only. I was greeted by an employee who recommended me one of their waffle sandwiches to try. I declined, wanting to try their new Red Bull infusion drinks that they've been advertising. I got the Aquamarine infusion which mixed the the Yellow Edition with blue raspberry and coconut flavors. The drink was ok being similar to what is offered at QuickTrip. Overall good customer service and a good alternative to Dunkin' and Starbucks.

Went there for the deal of the day -a caramelicious -which is s hot expresso and the free collectable caramelicious sticker. Of course they didn’t even have the sticker and after we left we discovered the coffee was cold as ice and not that it even had ice in it after ordering a hot expresso. So I wasted time and money.

This place is so underrated! The coffee is delicious, so is the food, the service is great, and the prices are amazing! My family and I choose scooters over any other coffee place! If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out!

I ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and it was fine. Nothing to write home about, but the service was quick! I’d compare it to Dunkin’ or something like that - not bad for what it is.

The iced chai latte had a chemical taste, didn’t taste good at all. They have no garbage outside to empty your cupholder, Poor customer service.
This location is weird to say the least. We felt rushed at the order box by a berated amount of “anything else?” the order taker also confirmed our drink but then immediately forgot what we ordered?? drinks were saturated with syrup and not mixed. I’ve been to florida scooters many times and had a lot better experiences there. it’s sad to know it’s not consistent in other states.

My first time at Scooters. The service was good. The girl at the drive-thru was helpful and sweet. The building and parking area is clean and well kept
Now let's talk coffee. Not good. I expected more from the Maple Bourbon with an extra shot of espresso, and it was not really flavorful, kind of watery, and weak. My husband just wanted an iced latte, no flavoring, just sweetener. It was light brown, murky water. I tried it, and it was weaker than mine. While mine was drinkable, not enjoyable, his absolutely was not good. I went to McDonald's to get him a latte and he was happy after that. I'm sorry, until I see better reviews, I won't be back.

First time at Scooters today and likely my last. The girl working drive thru had a major attitude. The bourbon cold brew was a light clear/ tan color- watered down as if someone drank coffee and left it sitting until all the ice melted. Had to throw it out. The food I got was good but the attitude from the worker was very off putting. I ordered a water and was given a cup even though I was charged for a bottle. Disappointing experience.
