No drinks to dispense out the machine; I had to inform staff to refill.

Food was mediocre.

Dine-In Experience: Nasty and dirty tables. Staff doesn’t clean up. Horrible smell inside while eating. Bathrooms were okay.

I don’t do alot of reviews but had to today. I frequently order online for delivery and sad to say, most of the time the food is cold, dry, just not great. I order for convenience really. I was REALLY craving bbq so I ordered from Shane’s Rib Shack. I didn’t even want to finish my meal before coming to leave a review, it is that good! Still very hot, even though I’m 12 miles away! I got the half chicken with Mac and Cheese with Baked Beans. The Mac and Cheese is like Kraft's Mac and Cheese. The Baked Beans are okay. Chicken was pretty good. Not Dry.

I'd recommend ordering online as the baskets are not on their physical menu but are online. They seem to give better value.
