I was doing some work for a customer in Gainesville and they gave me a pork sandwich and a piece of bone in chicken from Mikes. It was so good that the next time I wanted bbq I drove over half an hour to get some from Mikes! Great smoke flavor! I loved the twice baked potato casserole. We got some Brunswick stew and it was a little too spicy for my wife, so more for me!!!
I have enjoyed great BBQ all over the US and abroad. This is hands-down the absolute best. Even sides are just beyond comparison. It is quite out of the way for me...40 mins unless I am already in the area...but I make the trip and bring back enough to share.
