Service here used to lack extremely bad but ever since new staff has been brought in the store is brighter! The drinks are better, the attitudes towards customers have improved amazingly as well!
AND THE NEW GM!!! Her name is “Maleah” SUCH A sweetheart! Such a lovely attitude and very sweet

I’m not sure why this location has so many bad reviews but the two towns I was here I was treated fast, nice and accurate.
Definitely a good place to get a smoothie, they are super tasty and they have a good variety of flavors and types of smoothie.

I came in about 15 minutes before closing, not realizing the location closed at 9 PM instead of 10 PM. As someone who understands how challenging fast food and customer service jobs can be, I completely get how frustrating it is when customers show up close to closing time.

However, my friends and I were met with an unnecessarily rude response from the staff. One employee sighed loudly and rolled his eyes as we entered. After noticing the closing time ourselves, we were about to leave when another staff member walked up and also rolled his eyes at us. As we exited, someone sarcastically shouted, “Have a great night,” in a condescending tone.

We didn’t intend to be disrespectful and were quick to leave once we realized our mistake. But the attitude we received felt uncalled for. I’d encourage management to remind staff to maintain professionalism, even in frustrating moments.

Terrible service. Acai bowl taste like syrup. I took it back and they said they never blend it? I've been getting acai for years now and this location acted like I've never had it before.

I’ve been to this location many times. Always had great service. Last time I was in the establishment I was told that 845 was to cut off for getting any of the bowls. I arrived This evening and attempted to get a bowl and was told that the cut-off time was 830. There’s one customer in the place they had 20 minutes to make this thing which I’ve seen him make it. It takes about five minutes so I don’t understand why the time grew to 830 there was two people working one customer in there I was the second customer in there and that was it. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get What I wanted. Lame customer service Lazy employee.
