Not only did this cashier have attitude issues , eye contact / people skills , hearing issues , but also lacked the ability to remake ( emphasis on remake ) a coffee . I decided not to ask her to remake my coffee, a third time because I knew that it would still taste the same so I asked her for some more sugar cookie flakes in hopes that it would taste better when I asked her for it. She acted like she couldn’t hear me again and shook the shaker very aggressively when I asked her to please stop. She still kept going as I walked away, I overheard her and her coworker whispering to each other. When I looked back, they rolled their eyes. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else .

Well, I ordered my drink, && I had a $3 coupon for any size drink. I wanted my drink customized. As I was telling her how I wanted my drink, she got an attitude as she said, “Customizations cost extra.” as well as rolling her eyes.
I said, “That’s fine.” with a smile on my face.
As I continued telling her how I wanted my drink, she kept sighing, rolling her eyes, && saying, “anything else?” with an attitude.
I didn’t even get my drink made how I wanted it bc she had such an attitude.
I’m sorry, ma’am, but you work at a coffee shop. People are going to want their drink customized. If you don’t like your job, please find another one.
If I have to, I will take my business elsewhere.

Manager should not take advantage to when new cups are being released. Allowing her friend to purchase the only 2 cups that were available and sold it to her friend and her child like yeah sure take advantage for your position and don’t care about those other customers who stayed in lines waiting for the chance to get the tumbler because there were never a chance to actually had to get one. Not buying anything ever again.

It was my first time inside this Starbucks and I didn’t leave with a good impression of the place. The person who took my order was very short, (felt a bit tense), & didn’t feel like she cared very much about what I had asked for and left me worried she got it wrong-even though she repeated it back to me; I ordered the honey citrus mint tea. She asked me if that was all I wanted and I replied with a yes, thank you. I waited for about five minutes and they put it up on the counter and announced the drink. Well, once I got back to my vehicle I took a look at the drink (opened the lid), and saw that it was cloudy, like they added a milk that curdled inside. I didn't add any milk to it and it doesn’t normally come with a milk. I did feel funny about the drink order and confirmed once I looked at it before I decided to drink it. I’m not saying they did it on purpose but I for sure know the person who took my order didn’t look or seem like she wanted to be there. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks.
