Was there today 11/1 at 7pm the older lady was in a bad mood taking the order and the younger lady seemed nice but I was watching the older lady’s body language preparing my frappe in a very bad mood and almost throwing stuff I had ordered another coffee but the older lady doing my order didn’t even acknowledge my second order like she didn’t want to do anything so I didn’t even told her again no more since she didn’t want to sell me anything no more I just took one, how disappointing the lady that works there!!!

Very disappointed at how unfriendly and rude the staff is. This girl Marley took my order and was extremely rude. I was placing my order and any time she asked what I wanted, she would ask in a very rude way and wave her hands as she asked me what I wanted. By the way I want the only one, she talked to other customers the same way.

Not only did this cashier have attitude issues , eye contact / people skills , hearing issues , but also lacked the ability to remake ( emphasis on remake ) a coffee . I decided not to ask her to remake my coffee, a third time because I knew that it would still taste the same so I asked her for some more sugar cookie flakes in hopes that it would taste better when I asked her for it. She acted like she couldn’t hear me again and shook the shaker very aggressively when I asked her to please stop. She still kept going as I walked away, I overheard her and her coworker whispering to each other. When I looked back, they rolled their eyes. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else .

Idk who that girl is that works at the Starbucks in Target on Shallowford Road, but someone needs to have a nice little talk with her about her attitude problem.
I am a regular at that location, so they know me by name, && I literally order the same thing EVERY. TIME.!
Well, I ordered my drink, && I had a $3 coupon for any size drink. I wanted my drink customized. As I was telling her how I wanted my drink, she got an attitude as she said, “Customizations cost extra.” as well as rolling her eyes.
I said, “That’s fine.” with a smile on my face.
As I continued telling her how I wanted my drink, she kept sighing, rolling her eyes, && saying, “anything else?” with an attitude.
I didn’t even get my drink made how I wanted it bc she had such an attitude.
I’m sorry, ma’am, but you work at a coffee shop. People are going to want their drink customized. If you don’t like your job, please find another one.
If I have to, I will take my business elsewhere.
