Zach stopped responding when I asked if there was any other tea to make the medicine ball. The slow drive through yesterday and they still dont have teas to make a medicine ball yesterday or today. Going to stop going to this one since management has no idea how to order. I personally know the manager at other stores and they are not ever out of items - do better Thompson Bridge Starbucks.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this has been an ongoing problem at this Starbucks for months. The drive-thru is always extremely slow, even when there aren’t many cars. Today was just another example. I pulled up to the window for my mobile order, and the barista didn’t acknowledge me at all. She made another drink, set it aside, worked on the computer, and never once looked my way, even though my drink was already finished. I sat there for almost five minutes before she finally handed it to me, after it had been sitting there the whole time.

This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I even leave my house early just because I expect delays here, yet I still end up late for work. There’s no reason a mobile order should take this long. This location needs serious improvement in drive-thru service and customer awareness.

Met family to sit outside and catch up. Comfortable and clean. Coffee and breakfast sandwich were perfect as usual and super fast!

I’m not sure why but ordered a side cup of cold foam, we always order extra just in case on our road trips. The employee had an awful attitude, said that Starbucks doesn’t allow you to purchase extra cold foam. We have never had that issue and we have been all over the southeast, multiple states. Another employee had to take over and apologized. Not sure why it was such a major issue.

Consistently the worst drive thru experience in all quick establishments. 30+ minute wait is insane. It screams carelessness.

Typical Starbucks, had 4 items in my app order. Items were not grouped together and were in different name areas for pickup

I ordered through the app, when we got up to the window the girl was upset and only said “give us more time next time” nobody was rushing them and my caramel brulee tastes like regular coffee with creamer.

As the only Starbucks on my way to work, it is such a bummer that this store is so slow. I’ve tried three different times using drive-through and pick up and I end up spending an additional 15 minutes sometimes trying to get a coffee on my way to work. I know some things are out of their control, like staffing, however, with the right incentives and pay, they would experience less staffing shortages. When someone comes to pay nine dollars for a coffee, I don’t understand how they aren’t paying their staff enough and aren’t able to keep staff.
