Stopped in this morning for a large coffee order and Vivian was amazing—so patient, kind, and quick! She had a smile on her face the whole time. Truly great service!

I ordered through the app, when we got up to the window the girl was upset and only said “give us more time next time” nobody was rushing them and my caramel brulee tastes like regular coffee with creamer.

Well more than 30 minutes waiting for my drink!! What an experience !!!!
As the only Starbucks on my way to work, it is such a bummer that this store is so slow. I’ve tried three different times using drive-through and pick up and I end up spending an additional 15 minutes sometimes trying to get a coffee on my way to work. I know some things are out of their control, like staffing, however, with the right incentives and pay, they would experience less staffing shortages. When someone comes to pay nine dollars for a coffee, I don’t understand how they aren’t paying their staff enough and aren’t able to keep staff.

I cant win with this location if im not waiting forever in line for a coffee or small food item then I get served the wrong thing. I order a Turkey pesto provolone red pepper sandwich and I got a egg pesto and cheese sandwich. I get they are similar but thats just blatant not paying attention?!? I dont have time to go back in and get the right order because I have to be to work. Thank you for ruining my breakfast??
I had a large order of two boxes coffees and I have a broken wrist. The shift manager Eliseo with super helpful. I was very grateful for his helpfulness and positive attitude.

By far the best starbucks I have ever been to!!! They make my drinks to perfection every single time. Employees are helpful, patient with my kids ordering (9, and 11) and are super friendly.
Kid-friendliness: My kids are very indecisive and change their Minds at least 3 times.. they are 9 and 11. The employees always seem to be patient with them and never rush them in ordering their stuff that they want.

I wish I could give zero stars . I was visiting out of town and let me tell you they had the rudest employees I ever incountered anywhere. Upon us arriving at 12pm to get snacks collector mugs and drinks with my disabled aunt who you can see has trouble walking and doing everything they came from behind the counter and put every chair up so no one could sit inside. Just rude not welcoming at all I would never ever visit here again . I also watched him fix food with the same gloves he was cleaning with. Just horrible.

I have been going to Starbucks since I was a child. It has always been good quick coffee. In my opinion, Starbucks has always been the Chick-fil-A of coffee holding the standard. This Starbucks however it’s an average of 15 minutes I wait in the drive through every time just to get a slice of banana bread. it’s completely absurd and this location needs to get a handle on that. Drive-through implies that it’s going to be quicker than going in the building
