Undoubtably the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. They were not even apologetic for the 40 minute wait that everyone had to endure and then the drinks and food was wrong. I understand being busy, but it was not that busy and no one cared whatsoever very disappointed in this Starbucks. We had to throw $25 dollars worth of food away.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. The workers are consistently rude and unhelpful. We waited over 35 min for our drinks. They had horrible costumer service and did not even care that they had people waiting. They were just standing around taking more orders. Do not come here.

Came to Starbucks to get my father his favorite drink on the way home from the emergency room after he was in a car accident At 7:50 . They were closed when they are supposed to be open till10. On my phone I held up that my dad just got out the hospital and they still didn’t care… was just trying to make his rough day a little better and ran into this horrible customer service instead

Got in the drive through line at 5:45pm (they close at 10pm) with only 4 cars in line and when I got to order they were super rude and said they were closing early

I’ve been living in Gainesville for the past two years and I’ve been coming out to the Starbucks. It was OK a year ago. Couple more years coming here. I was here today. Unfortunate service was horrible. You asked for a couple whipped cream they give you a pup cup you ask him to do flavors in your coffee that like they don’t know what you’re talking about. The customer service is zero you have about five or six people black white all colors they never say hello. They never say nothing. They are sour disrespectful employees they need a new crew at this Starbucks that’s my finding and I can go to anywhere else and get great customer service it just a little far to drive but I’m gonna start driving long ways because I love to drink coffee but not at this Starbucks anymore Never get any more of my funds in my energy time so I get them a zero.
They are quick with the ordering.. like let me 🤔 about it for a second!

I only ever get a plain black coffee from here, I usually always go to the Starbucks in thompson bridge and the workers there have always made my coffee right but every single time I go to this location, the coffee always tastes watered down for some reason and I won't be going there again.
