This was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a small drink, but the barista charged me for a grande. When I pointed it out, she said she’d give me the smaller size—but didn’t correct the price. I ended up paying more for less.

I ordered a mobile order two venti coffees with light cream in them and a grande iced matcha latte it was straight up filled with creamer instead of coffee and the matcha tasted like milk and not matcha had to order a grande iced coffee no creamer to fix the other ones and it only fixed one of them idk if they changed employees or they just don't want to work there

The lady at the register and other workers were extremely rude and charged me wrong and i spent more for something i didnt even want and wouldn’t give me a receipt. There was chocolate residue all over my cup and it just seems like they try to rush everything when they weren’t even busy.

So we bought two drinks and we had already paid and my mom came up to me saying she wanted a cup from Starbucks and I had told the lady if we could buy the cup and she gave us a really dirty look and rolled her eyes at us and my mom got mad and she didn’t want the cup anymore because the lady rolled her eyes at us again….Like worst experience at Starbucks ever😡😡

2 staff members were extremely rude and disorganized, audibly blaming several customers for their mistakes. They made the hot chocolate extremely watery. I’d stay away from this location. May 11 at 9am

Went here today (November 5th) to get my coffee the lady super nice and kind just they messed up my drink I order at Java chip there was no chocolate drizzle inside the cup or even chips they put into the Javachip and it was EXTERMELY BITTER I could NOT even drink it thats how bitter it was I should have went back to see if they would make it right but I just threw it away

Rude male server. Gave a rude and sarcastic response when asked if the breakfast menu items were available to be ordered, since sometimes they aren’t. To be a man working at Starbucks is bad enough but to have an attitude to such a simple question is even worse. Lock in and get right

Decided to make a stop here because the app said that they were open and to gladly make my way to the store. The app also said that a barista will gladly take my order once I arrive. Well it was all wrong. They just told me that they were closed 15 minutes early but it seemed that they were happy to chitchat it away with their friends instead. I made a mistake stopping here.

I don't know who was working that day, but it felt whoever was working didn't belong there. Lots of chitchat and just watching them throw things together like nothing. There was me and one other person waiting for over 30 minutes. And the drinks were so wrong. Asked for a specific coffee drink and got milk and water and some syrup that didn't belong there. hmm. I don't know if I want to even rate this a 1, it's more like -5.. Learn to train people correctly or just close the Starbucks if there is no one trained to work there. SHESSH...

Teresa, the manager, and her crew are amazing. They make you feel like friends and family, and they always have a smile on their faces ? Renee, for example, is an amazing people person. All of the employees' customer service skills are wonderful. I think they all deserve raises ?
