Horrible customer service. Bought a coffee traveler box and it was half empty, when I brought it to their attention the lady got pretty unhappy even though they were able to verify it. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

They got my drink completely wrong. I pay almost $12 and size and drink was completely wrong!!!

Would not order mobile here. We got someone to pick up our order and one of them was a strawberry drink instead of shaken expresso. Went back to the store which was already inconvenient assuming I could just pick up the drink. The lady at the counter Kami told there was a glitch in the system so they could not make the correct drink because they did not have proof we ordered it even though Im showing her the order that was placed. I was told to call customer service so I could get a refund and go re pick up the coffee. It sure if this is the usual policy but I does not make sense. Something that could have been easily fixed led to be highly inconvenienced with no coffee.
This location needs to have more than one staff member. The employee seemed stressed and did not have the friendliest attitude. I can understand the stress of filling multiple orders alone will not bring the best of a person. Which is why I it may help to have another employee. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was absolutely terrible. Could not taste the matcha or strawberry foam. It tasted like a watered down frozen version of the drink. Hopefully this location makes some changes soon. If I go back and have a different experience, I’ll definitely update.

This was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a small drink, but the barista charged me for a grande. When I pointed it out, she said she’d give me the smaller size—but didn’t correct the price. I ended up paying more for less.
Stock of food choices sometimes low. Inside a grocery store so atmosphere is ok.

I ordered a mobile order two venti coffees with light cream in them and a grande iced matcha latte it was straight up filled with creamer instead of coffee and the matcha tasted like milk and not matcha had to order a grande iced coffee no creamer to fix the other ones and it only fixed one of them idk if they changed employees or they just don't want to work there

The lady at the register and other workers were extremely rude and charged me wrong and i spent more for something i didnt even want and wouldn’t give me a receipt. There was chocolate residue all over my cup and it just seems like they try to rush everything when they weren’t even busy.

So we bought two drinks and we had already paid and my mom came up to me saying she wanted a cup from Starbucks and I had told the lady if we could buy the cup and she gave us a really dirty look and rolled her eyes at us and my mom got mad and she didn’t want the cup anymore because the lady rolled her eyes at us again….Like worst experience at Starbucks ever😡😡

2 staff members were extremely rude and disorganized, audibly blaming several customers for their mistakes. They made the hot chocolate extremely watery. I’d stay away from this location. May 11 at 9am

Not very friendly
Went here today (November 5th) to get my coffee the lady super nice and kind just they messed up my drink I order at Java chip there was no chocolate drizzle inside the cup or even chips they put into the Javachip and it was EXTERMELY BITTER I could NOT even drink it thats how bitter it was I should have went back to see if they would make it right but I just threw it away

Rude male server. Gave a rude and sarcastic response when asked if the breakfast menu items were available to be ordered, since sometimes they aren’t. To be a man working at Starbucks is bad enough but to have an attitude to such a simple question is even worse. Lock in and get right
