Teresa, the manager, and her crew are amazing. They make you feel like friends and family, and they always have a smile on their faces ? Renee, for example, is an amazing people person. All of the employees' customer service skills are wonderful. I think they all deserve raises ?

I’ve been here twice and haven’t really had an issue, other than generally slow. Today, I didn’t even get to order. The baristas prioritized the mobile orders over in person orders. It took several minutes before I was even acknowledged and then still no one took my order. This is a MANAGEMENT problem not the workers. At some point they were told to prioritize mobile orders. I will take the extra time and drive to the Starbucks on Dawsonville.

I give up on this place for a good coffee. I have always ordered the caramel macchiato but recently it just does not taste right from here or they are out of something. I've given them a few chances now and it just does not taste good. No more!

I don't usually stop at this location bc I have to get out and run into the grocery store but I have gone a few times. I was out finishing up work and ran in right before closing. I checked my app to see that the location closed at 8pm and ran in. I got to the counter at 7:54 and I'm usually not the person to run in late but I'm also aware that this is still within the business hours and there is time to make a drink. I have worked food service many years and we stayed open during our hours of operation. When I got to the counter the employees were busy closing. Not just starting but dumping ice. Register was closed everything was put away. As in they had to have started a while ago and we're ready to clock out at 8 and not close at 8. I asked the girl just to make sure if I could still order she quickly said we are closed. I apologized for the misunderstanding since it wasn't 8 yet and thought they would be open still. I'm getting more frustrated with Starbucks with incorrect orders and expensive $7 drinks honestly I'm going to ks it support small local coffee shops. I don't want to spend so much money on a drink from employees that don't want to work their shift. When I came home and told my husband he was shocked since he was a Starbucks barista and said they were never allowed to just close up like that. My brother was a manger for many years as at Starbucks and I don't remember of being like this. Anyways this location is a big no for me in the area. If the staff can't be bothered to work their shift then I can't be bothered to go there. Downtown has several coffee shops I will be going to from now on. Starbucks was really good to their employees before maybe something has changed and that's why they don't want to be there and work?

Terrible service, the guy who was preparing coffee today had no idea how to prepare coffee. I asked him for more coffee and he gave me more milk. How absurd, I told him I'll pay you more for coffee and he couldn't do it.

Pretty crazy that they’re out of everything just about not understanding who does the ordering but clearly no one also super unprofessional to have your employee on a phone call/video call while taking orders. I didn’t know that’s what we do at our jobs now.

Worst Starbucks out there. Always gets my order wrong in fact I have to check my order every time to see how they messed it up bc they just can't seem to get it right. Never had such a horrible experience than at this location. Their customer service sucks, their food and drinks suck. It's such a shame considering this is closest one to my work. Guess I'll be leaving early to go to the Thompson bridge location.

I can tell when certain people aren't used to seeing a type of customer come in and order tea from a coffee shop but let's face it. You can probably can take that money that u spend drinking the coffee or tea go to the coffee or tea isle and buy twice as much for the same price. Other than that my Chai tea was awesome.

Zero stars if could. Two girls slow as molasses. Wandering around in daze. Watched one start my drink then wandered off in middle of making to slowwwwwly start on someone elses. Hallway through that order she stopped to listen to a conversation the other girl was having with coworker about something that could probably wait until that girl took care of the people who haven't even ordered yet! Horrible long ridiculous unnecessary wait for everyone. (Nov 1 2022 at 5:15pm)

Waited 45 minutes to order 3 drinks. with only two workers, i was very patient. Waited another 5 minutes to get a lemonade and additional 15 minutes for the 2 hot chocolates. As i was waiting for the hot chocolates, the two workers answered a FaceTime call which they proceeded to prop the phone up and make faces to whomever was on the phone. So if you're here wondering why it took an hour and some change on 2-3 drinks, i found the answer

Has London fog on menu but never carries the lavender syrup required to make it. No thank you for making me a plain Earl grey tea for $6?!?!?! They won't refund you either, they say they can't.
