They close early literally every day with no warning. Pure garbage.

I'm a door dasher and my daughter uses this Starbucks a lot. Most of the time they are great but this past weekend they dropped the ball on leaving an employee named Nevaeh without help. I watched my dash order go 20mins behind and the coffee get cold while she was left to run the food alone at lunch while Mr. Orange shirt swept and didn't help her till right as my order was being bagged. On top of that my customer informed me 2 things were still missing.

When I got there they said they would be with me in a second. The two girls were in there, too busy to how my day was going or greet me with a smile. As the girl came up, her name is Morgan. She took my order and told me the total and told he other coworker to do it, and didn’t tell me nothing else, I just would have expected a simply courtesy to tell me to have a good day or a thank you. And when they gave my drink, no thank you just said the name of my drink and went back to the front of the desk. Overall, just a low expectation of good customer service.

The baristas are rude and unaccomidating, I tried to order 2 Frappuccino's but these ladies told me they couldn't do it?? Also they were yelling at the customer in front of me and talking trash about her the whole time they were making my 4 machiattos. I'm a server and that is not good customer service. I live 5 minutes from this starbucks but would honestly drive the extra 10 minutes to go to dunkin instead because they are so awful.

I'm not real into the weird coffee flavors but I do really enjoy the dark roast coffee.and that's what I order..everything was fine service and coffee..its always a bit more pricey but it's Starbucks so there ya go..

Anna K and her co-worker ignored me while shifting weirdly behind the counter for a good 3-5 minutes” I guess she’s just going to stay there”… yes. Because I’m trying to place an order. Then proceeded to complain that my drink had too many steps to make to her co-worker right in front of me. I honestly kept thinking,.. surly she’s joking. Hopefully she was. Either way. This is not acceptable in front of someone who’s giving you money.

Good coffee right in the Kroger store with a convenient restroom nearby which was great. Took a wicked dump. Good coffee does that to me.
