I was just leaving a great review for the 1470 Browns Bridge Rd. Subway. Every time I go there, they are super friendly great Customer Service the vegetables are always available and always very very fresh. The store is in perfect shape completely clean from the ceiling down to the floor. One person I wanna mention is Tamiko Jackson, she is the manager at 1470 Brown’s Bridge Road. She is a great person and very always friendly and with a super smile she does a great great job. Thank you Julie Brock.

Worst experience ever. Person was rude and short tempered. I felt unwelcome. The bed was tough and like rubber, definitely not fresh. Sandwich tasted off like something was spoiled on it. I couldn't eat it and wasted $10. Make sure your health insurance in paid before you eat here.

One person working alone and their were about 8 people in line then finally the manager came in ,the coke was out at the machine ,no bottled Pepsi in the drink cooler so the guy that was working alone brought a carton of bottled Pepsi out I told him to go back and finish the sandwiches I would put drinks in the drink cooler I was glad to help him didn't mind at all

This subway is a TOTAL nightmare… honestly a 0 of 5 review.. 5 trips… five horrible disasters always out of food, or some drama going on that prevents any type of what would be considered normal customer service stay away at all costs

The sandwiches were made horribly, they missed one and got mad at me because THEY messed up, ive worked for another subway before and we never did that to anyone. Their owner should be questioning why that building is even still open with how horrible of a team they have. No employee should be comfortable talking to ANY customer that way, that has to be a manager’s fault.
Absolutely batshit experience here. I ordered online. Received a completely butchered order. They immediately became hostile to me when I asked for it to be corrected. In front of other customers. Absolutely astounded. I'd like a corporate number or higher up manager to talk to. This was insane.
