Today March 19, 2024 We got there at 10:30pm and the website says they close at 11, we drove all the way from flowery branch because it was the only one that showed up as open on google maps , and as we were about to go to the door, one of the employees who was mopping went and lock the door on our faces and he laughed, and it’s not the first time they close earlier one time we went to pick up an order from DoorDash and they said it was closed, so they didn’t make the order. And it was around that time 10:30 pm and it was the same employees.

$12 for a wrap that's the size of a 6" sub? And the don't even put the sauce on it. They give it to me on the side. How am I supposed to open the wrap, put the sauce on it and wrap it back up to eat?

I went to this subway today (01-20-2024). To grab lunch. First of all they didn’t able to understand what I want. Then they started making my sub. But they were putting very less viggies in it. They were so un-hygienic that they use onions and lettuce fell on tray. They threw the onions on the floor. Then I said don’t put that back on my sub. Then their over smart manager on duty came and started arguing like they can serv dirty food. So don’t go here. Go to thombson bridge one. Or go to fire house sub if you can’t drive a lot. If owner wants to check their camera for this incident. Time is 3:10pm. And see the whole event. If you want to eat hygienic dont go to this subway.

Worst place ever. Guy was trying to intimidate everyone by throwing lots of F words. Visited in the evening, around 8:00. Guy kept on saying that we have freedom of speech and asking us to say F America. When we didn't want to say it, we started getting angry and trying to intimidate us by saying I don't like how I am behaving which was weird he has very bad behavior. Don't ever go at night at this place if no one is there inside.

Only 1 person working . After several minutes another young man came to work. Immediately putting on gloves to make sandwiches, when patron after me asked him to wash his hands first .he bearly did rinse them. Seemed like 2 young man working with no management there.

The big mangers really should Not be yelling and shouting at his employees and then getting an attitude when a customer says something…… I walked in today on my lunch break to get some food and that’s all I hear is him yelling at his employees I turned around and walked out because no one deserves to be treated that way at work….. these employees have been loyal they came from the other store on Thompson bridge rd and they don’t deserve to be talked to that way I really felt sorry for them after being in the restaurant today I will not be returning
Liked the new Blitz Philly Cheesesteak. I guess Sweet Onion Teriyaki can go on anything!
