Arrived at 9:52pm and a white girl told me it was closed when it was even early, she didn’t want to work I know, but it was early
Orders was not ready when the app said it is ready for pickup. Ready 15 mintutes after stated time. Arrived 10 minutes after pickup time due to past experiences. Employee was not friendly or apologetic for the order not being ready.

The staff was most accommodating and pleasant. They had a run on the place for lunch and ate all but the wheat bread. Apologized but wasn't needed. Made it enjoyable.

Went to this location for lunch today and the lady making the subs was very in a rush everything seems like an inconvenience and also when she was done making the subs she threw not just mine but the 2 people before me, she threw the meals around to the cashier. Was not the calming enjoyable atmosphere it usually is….

I ordered a meal deal that came with a drink. I also bought and paid for an additional bottled drink. I only got the extra drink that I ordered and not the one that came with the meal. I tried to call the store and they wouldn't answer.

my boyfriend and i accidentally placed a mobile order for this location rather than the one near our home. the subway app won’t allow you to cancel an order after it’s placed, so we called the store. we each called the store multiple times just for them to never answer. it’s 3:45 in the afternoon, there should be someone there able to answer the phones yet after 5 calls we receive no answer. this store is half an hour from our home and we’ve never ordered here before, so part of it is due to the app glitching however it shouldn’t be impossible to cancel an order!! now we’re out $15 with nothing to show for it because we don’t have time to drive half an hour from home for our food.

Its a shame Subway does not look into these reviews and hold their franchaises accountable for following the subway promise. All the stores i have been to in town have something wrong or fail to deliver on food quality , atmosphere and the big one SERVICE.
i love subway . Have for years, that being said. I will not frequent the Subway stores in the city of Gainesville and you shouldnt either.

I’m giving 5 stars solely based off of their employee ELI who was working by himself during a rush! Eli kept his composure and provided excellent customer service! He even introduced me to banana peppers lol! That guy needs a raise for his hard work!

I did a mobile order for my family tonight. My husband and our four kids. We were taking our kids to the park and were hoping to get there before the sunset. We got to the parking lot 5 minutes after placing our mobile order. When we pulled up a worker was sitting outside on the curb smoking a cigarette.
Turns out that she was the only employee working tonight. Had she been inside the store she would have seen our mobile order 5 minutes sooner. The time it took her to make our order isn’t an issue as there were 6 meals and she was all by herself. We ordered a box of 6 cookies. 3 of our kids meals came with 2 cookies each as a side item. You can either get chips as a side item or 2 cookies. One of our children got chips as a side item. All together there should have been 12 cookies and 3 bags of chips.
We got to the park and we only had 6 cookies and our son’s chips were missing. We ate our meal and went to the restaurant on the way home to get the items that were left out.
The woman argued with my husband for almost 20 minutes when he showed her the order and showed her the 3 meals that had the 2 cookies listed as the side items for the 3 meals. He also showed her the order that had my son’s chips listed as a side item. She didn’t believe that we had ordered 12 cookies in total even when he was showing her the order that showed we in fact did. She then called her manager and her manager told her to give us what we paid for! Our order was $72. The employee left things out of our order and then spends 20 minutes arguing with my husband because she didn’t believe that we purchased 12 cookies total!!! You had the proof in front of you and you still argued with him?! You knew you had only given us a box of 6 cookies. My husband thought you put the kids cookies in with their meal. That’s why you should never assume and always check your bag before you leave.
The park wasn’t far away from the restaurant and the pizzas were cold when we got there also.

The location is good, supplies are generally available at this store so thanks to the management for that.
Online ordering will calculate a time but it is not very accurate cause it can’t recognize how many customers have walked in and tied up the employees. Very busy location but they do what they can to keep everyone’s order moving.
I personally enjoy this location and I think they do very well making my sandwiches.

I ordered a uber eats here today took them a hour to make my sandwich and couldn’t even make my sandwich right. I of course went to the store and it wasn’t even just a normal worker it was the “manager” he said his name was Sean work place was dirty it’s 3:00 and he’s out of tomatoes he did remake my order which was the only thing I was happy about. It doesn’t take a hour to make a sandwich and it’s not hard to read simple instructions.
