I believe he said his name was Vert, was not only very helpful in trying to navigate issues I had with Uber eats. He saw I was at the end of my rope after some exhausting travel and repeated poor experience with them and approached in a very human way to help turn my day around in a way that gave me some leverage against my day. Thank you sir for a sense of community, even when I wasn't from yours.

6:30 p.m. December 3rd 2025. Subway at 1640 candler road Gainesville Georgia worst possible service imaginable! Placed an order online for tuna melt sandwiches but there's no way to indicate to make sure sandwiches are toasted. Tried calling the phone number listed where you place the order and it rings into Infinity. Get there to pick up expected toasted sandwiches. Asked The only employee on duty, if sandwiches were toasted and he told me no because it was not on the order. I explained we tried to call number listed online regarding the order and there's no answer. The employee advised this location doesn't have a phone number. The employee refused to toast the sandwiches because it's not what it says on the online order. The employee said he contacted the manager and reported that the manager said he can't toast them. I told him I wanted a refund. He said have to get a refund in the app. The order wasn't placed in the app. There's nowhere online to request a refund. The store will not give a refund nor toast the dang sandwiches. I asked for the managers contact information. The employee advised me that the manager told him not to give me her name or contact information. The employee hid in the back for 20 minutes avoiding having to provide a solution. The employee still refused to toast the sandwiches because it didn't say so on the order. I advised them that I will be contacting corporate with my complaints and registering all negative reviews in all possible places. The employee just shrugged his shoulders. So he protected his manager but his manager threw him under the bus to take the heat. Congratulations Subway and The scaredy cat spineless manager at this location for providing the most pathetic customer experience possible.

Young white lady making subs, worst attitude I’ve even seen at a subway.
Remarks like “what”and “here”as if I were her friend or something. Had the worst and dullest look in her face. She was definitely not having it, why idk?
Such bad vibes, I just threw the sub away. Utter disgust.
Try to let them know how you want your sandwich and they make it how they want to don't care about customers input.

The people who are there, They are rude and impolite, terrible service
As others have mentioned the girl working here has attitude. Raised her voice and had a rude tone with a customer over literally nothing. Food was fine. Hate bad customer service. If you hate your job, go somewhere else!
Well the food was not that great and the service was terrible it seems like the lady had a bad day but make me feel like she didn’t want to take our order.

The other reviews seem kinda harsh! I’m a regular at this subway/circle k & I love the manager behind the counter. I never wait in line for more than 10 minutes NO MATTER how many people are in line. She gets to the point & gets the job done ! The circle k employees are always very nice as well ! A good family environment between the employees in this store !

A bad experience in that place because they treat customers badly, mainly an America that is there working very racist with Hispanics, if I could give szero stars for Aria
The manager in this restaurant has a really bad attitude. I pointed out the bread I wanted and she immediately gave me attitude about not knowing the name of bread so I told her just turn around to see what I'm pointing to and she then refused to serve me. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like she's been having this ugly attitude towards everyone. Luckily I'm not from here so good luck to anyone that eats here.

Worst customer service today November 13. They shouldn’t be working in there, send them to take some clases to treat customers right, bad attitude totally disrespectful . i decided to just not get anything.

Bad experience, the clerks treated me mockingly because my English was not good. I will never return to this place that I visited quite frequently.
Lazy workers hardly acknowledge us and were wearing AirPods. Poor service overall.
