charged me $3.40 for bacon per sandwich. which is completely fine. I paid online when I placed my order. I ordered two sandwiches with bacon. so almost $7.00 for bacon that wasn't on either sandwich. When I called the store to find out what they could do to make this right, I was met with rude pushback without offering a solution. The CHILD whom I spoke with said I could make a complaint. I told him that’s not necessary, I just want either a refund, new sandwiches or a discount on my next order. He then told me he wasn’t dealing with me and got a manager. laughable because I was calm as a cucumber just trying to have them right their wrong. The manager said he would handle my now complaint against the CHILD and offered me a discount for my next visit. there won’t be a next visit. no wonder there is a permanent help wanted sign on the door.

Severely understaffed. Your poor, poor single employee you had working a lunch rush is almost certainly not being paid well enough. You should at a minimum turn off online ordering if your store has one single employee managing it all.

Ordered through the app. Arrived at my designated time and order wasn’t ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes before I was told that my order wouldn’t be started until the line of waiting customers was done (line nearly going out the door). At this point, my lunch break was over and I was unable to wait. I did not receive my food and did not even have the option to get a refund in the store. Hoping I get one via the online form I submitted.

I want to be clear—THIS IS AN OWNER/MANAGEMENT ISSUE. Your one employee is NOT at fault for this. He was barely treading water. Shame on your establishment for putting an employee in that situation.

Probably one of the worst experiences at a subway I’ve been going here for years but today may change that if they don’t get some people in there who know how to wrap some bread I mean I had to tell the guy 4 times how to put lettuce on some bread maybe 5 strips of lettuce on a footlong if y’all are gonna charge $10 for a sandwich at least make it worth buying

I love this place and the people who work here, that being said i found out today that they REMOVED tip option for card purchases, how dare the upper management allow this while working a more than likely minimum wage job. Maybe if the people above the manager made minimum wage maybe they would understand how crucial that part was for the workers.

Nice to see a clean, well-run Subway where the sandwiches are fresh, perfectly prepped, and delicious. Friendly employees made it notable, especially Brie, Ethan, and manager Melissa. Great job, all around -- we'll definitely be back!

NEVER ORDER FROM THE SUBWAY ON MOUNT VERNON ROAD IN GAINESVILLE!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered two subs from the 3623 Mount Vernon Rd Gainesville, Georgia Subway on the Subway App for delivery. The order was never delivered but said it was. I called the store. The manager at the subway restaurant yelled at me when I explained that I never got my order then said that it wasn't his problem and next time I should pick up my order instead of being so lazy & hung up on me.

NEVER ORDER FROM THE SUBWAY ON MOUNT VERNON ROAD IN GAINESVILLE!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered two subs from the 3623 Mount Vernon Rd Gainesville, Georgia Subway on the Subway App for delivery. The estimated time of arrival was 20 minutes, an hour and 15 minutes later my food still hadn't arrived but when I looked at the app it said it was delivered. I called the Dasher who did not speak any English so then I called the store. The manager at the subway restaurant told me that I needed to take the matter up with doordash Even after I explained that I don't have a doordash account. He then told me that that wasn't his problem and next time I should pick up my order instead. Then he hung up on me.

I've read some of the reviews for the past few months & I hope that y'all will give us another chance to provide you with great customer service & fresh food by some of our great sandwich artists. This place is awful always out of everything went today stood in line behind two other people one guy finally just left one person working there and she was on the phone for at least 15 minutes unconcerned there were customers gave up and walkout this place is absolutely a joke
