Do not order to go on app. It will be wrong and if it’s wrong apparently fixing your mistake is out of the question for the subway employees at this location. Their manager whom is not supervising these rocket scientists. They call and manager says not to make the sandwich right the way the customer ordered it. Just tell them you can’t do it.

Employees are always very welcoming, very nice, and always professional! My subs were made exactly how I wanted! The new management is really doing their best to get the place back up to where it needs to be you can definitely tell they are working hard! The old manager was never on time, and they were constantly running out of everything! They are really doing a fantastic job now!

Drink machine has been out of order for months so they have been offering bottled drinks. Now they only have diet coke as an option for bottled soda. They never have unsweetened tea anymore. They advertise things,such as honey oat bread, and they do not have any. They are always having issues with paying with a card. Employees do the best they can with what they are given to work with but management is slacking badly!!

this once was my go to subway, but im rethinking this. i was over charged, my sandwich wet like a sponge. i eat out once week to relax and njoy my day off. fix this store...its like they are sabotaging this store or no management cares about this location. they dont need ur money dont eat here.

Management really should just shut this store down if they can’t get more than 1 or 2 employees here at a time, especially during the busiest part of the day. It’s always really young kids too that aren’t sure how to do everything. It’s so slow everytime I’m here I’m just going to go to the dahlonega one from now on. They need to fix the air conditioning as well, it’s always 80 degrees in here.
I came at 9:15 pm last night and the guy literally turned the open sign off as I was walking up to the door. I just wanted a sandwich after work :( like that made me cry. Won’t be coming back ever again

Kids running the place with no management. Subway has always stacked on vegetables to make true sub, these sandwiches are always flat hardly any lettuce (veggies look rough). Last try.

This location always seem to be ill prepared... everytime I go there they are always out of something or just rude. I recently ordered a salad from this location and got a call from the dasher saying they were out of bowls for my salad... they said we could put it in a sandwich, that's like a salad.Don't waste your time with this location.

Last time here. Ill be going to Jersey Mikes!! Hard sandwich bread, service was probably a new employee. Couldnt get cheese slices apart, so ended up with little pieces and he kept leaving to get things. Line of people behind me were getting serviced faster than me. Worse sandwiches ive ever gotten there!!
