Nice to see a clean, well-run Subway where the sandwiches are fresh, perfectly prepped, and delicious. Friendly employees made it notable, especially Brie, Ethan, and manager Melissa. Great job, all around -- we'll definitely be back!

NEVER ORDER FROM THE SUBWAY ON MOUNT VERNON ROAD IN GAINESVILLE!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered two subs from the 3623 Mount Vernon Rd Gainesville, Georgia Subway on the Subway App for delivery. The order was never delivered but said it was. I called the store. The manager at the subway restaurant yelled at me when I explained that I never got my order then said that it wasn't his problem and next time I should pick up my order instead of being so lazy & hung up on me.

NEVER ORDER FROM THE SUBWAY ON MOUNT VERNON ROAD IN GAINESVILLE!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered two subs from the 3623 Mount Vernon Rd Gainesville, Georgia Subway on the Subway App for delivery. The estimated time of arrival was 20 minutes, an hour and 15 minutes later my food still hadn't arrived but when I looked at the app it said it was delivered. I called the Dasher who did not speak any English so then I called the store. The manager at the subway restaurant told me that I needed to take the matter up with doordash Even after I explained that I don't have a doordash account. He then told me that that wasn't his problem and next time I should pick up my order instead. Then he hung up on me.

This place is awful always out of everything went today stood in line behind two other people one guy finally just left one person working there and she was on the phone for at least 15 minutes unconcerned there were customers gave up and walkout this place is absolutely a joke

Easily the cleanest Subway I have ever stepped foot in. The short little blonde girl provided incredible customer service, while also making a beautiful sandwich. This location is lucky to have her and should make sure she’s paid accordingly to keep her. The only complaint I have is that there seems to only ever be 1 person working in the store. It seems like a lot of work for a single person to handle.

I had an excellent sandwich made here. The sandwich was made with care. This was critical for me as I was in this area due to displacement during a hurricane evacuation order in Miami, FL. I am so grateful for this restaurant for providing me with sustainable nutrition.

Absolutely the worst Subway I’ve ever experienced. Chance 1 all the way the 5 was a fail. From experiencing employees locking doors and hiding pretending to be closed to the massive amount of wrong orders. Management needs to grow a brain and learn how to run a simple sandwich shop. Chance after chance and it only gets worse. Advice go through Uber eats or something so you get your money back. This place never changes.

Manger don't know how to order stuff. They was out of ham. Charge me for a drink and they drink machine don't work even though he said it did. But all they had was deit. Then try to charge me for a 20oz, and made them refund my fountain drink. I'm sorry as a manager you hire, run a schedule, and order stuff. If you ant order stuff you ant doing your job. Manager is not qualified to work at a store much less run one.

Whoever the short blonde girl is, needs some more training or something. I don't know if she's a manager or just an entitled employee, but she acts like both. She won't help or talk to any customers and the few times I've heard her speak it's always been condescending. Place has gone downhill 👎.
