We use to love going to Sun Garden until the new owners bought this place in late 2025.we have been in the restaurant while the owner yells at customers and door dash staff. We walked out because he was violently angry!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!! The food wasn't even that good either. Tasted like old beef in the Mongolian beef, almost rancid.

Been patronizing this restaurant for over 20 years. Food and service was always very good and sometimes better than that. The restaurant changed hands a while back and when I got the usual family takeout I've been getting for literal decades, it was not the same. The containers and portions were smaller, much less flavor on the Mongolian Beef, dumplings & sauce, and everything else. I gave them another try tonight. Same. Lack of flavor. Fried rice was dark brown. Was told on the phone when I placed the order that fried rice with veggies (peas, carrots, and eggs used to be the norm) was $5 extra. I gave you a 2nd chance, you don't get a 3rd. My family and I will not be back.

Do not order from here. Ordered at 5:10pm and at 7:10pm still no delivery. Called several times and was told it was on the way. Finally had to demand a refund. We shall see if I get the refund. Absolutely ridiculous.
What changed in the last couple months? The food is not close to how it was. Very disappointed. Have to find another Chinese Restaurant. Maybe someone will open one in the new Publix shopping center.

I have always enjoyed Sun Garden until tonight. I placed a order at 8:01 at 9:20 im 5 miles away...a driver that couldn't speak English walked to my door. And He wasn't chinese . My food was cold and not sure what they sent but its wasn't is triple mangolian like I ordered. There shrimp Fried rice has always been white rice. This time it was brown. Basically I paid $40 for a very bad experience. The owners have always been who ran the place. That didn't seam to be the case tonight. I will be going by there next week to speak with the owner.
Prior to the new management this place was awesome and we frequently ordered from here. Since new management making a to go order and getting it in a timely manner is unreal not to mention the food is awful. They have changed all their recipes and nothing tastes like it used to. I used to think this place was one of the best Chinese establishments I’ve ever Eaten now, but we will not be eating there in the future. I highly don’t recommend it.

Rude, disgruntled service. I guess I was ordering delivery using a menu left at my house from a year ago, because the woman who answered the phone talked to me like I was ordering off the McDonald’s menu when I asked for spicy chicken and vegetables- directly from the menu. She said- “We have a lot of dishes with chicken and vegetables. Not sure what you mean” I asked if they had updated their menu and if so where I could view it. She said- “Door Dash, grub hub or come by the store to pick one up”. I gave in and ordered despite this hostile conversation and asked for an updated menu to be included with my order. The updated menu was not provided. We LOVED this place but will not be ordering from here again.

This place used to be amazing. But this is my last visit. Ordered shrimp lo mein 7 salad shrimp, hot and sour soup not even close. And a few shaved carrots and a piece of zucchini as veg in the lo mein. 23 dollars I should have not wasted and went to any of the other Chinese places. Save your money go some where else.

My mother and I were just at this restaurant. My mom ordered the honey chicken and shrimp with fried rice. The rice tasted like it was reheated and she said that her egg roll also tasted reheated. They were hard to bite, and in no way crispy. The chef in the kitchen was yelling at our poor, young waiter and causing a great deal of stress for no reason. All of the patrons could hear it out in the dining area. My granddaughter got wonton soup. She enjoyed the base of the soup but the wontons were thick and gummy. I was hoping this place would have gotten better, but apparently it hasn't.

I've never had fried rice that had no eggs or veggies in it. It's like it was white rice darkened with soy sauce. Thumbs down #1. Additionally, we ordered sweet and sour pork and didn't get sweet and sour sauce for the pork. There was, however, sweet and sour sauce for the crab rangoon, but it wasn't enough to cover the crab rangoon and the sweet and sour pork. Thumbs down #2. The sesame chicken was decent but should've had more sesame. Thumbs down #3. The Mongolian Beef was good. Overall, tho, we were very disappointed and won't be ordering from Sun Garden again.

The food has definitely gone downhill since management change! Chewy egg rolls and crab ragoon. Less portions and no flavor.
The food tasted like it was from yesterday. The hair salon next door said they keep their rice outside on the car hood need I say more. The Guy that answers the phone is rude and the online menu is not even updated don't know how the place stays in business.
