Staff only wants to argue with you, would not even give us a managers number or anything, spent $50 and they refuse to put the toppings, sauce on the items we paid for . Save yourself time, peace, and money go elsewhere. We even asked if they could just give us the toppings in a cup we would add them and the employees became hostile
They dont even deserve 1 star . Check Google reviews others have had similar issues

So I'm trying to order food and I would just like to point out how crappy Taco Bell is the fact that if you take off sauces or condiments from your food items that it typically comes with they do not reduce the cost of your food, yet when you try to add one different type of sauce because I don't like sour cream and would prefer avocado ranch they charge 50% per item making your food more expensive yet I actually took off sour cream and tomatoes and got no reduction in my price. Pointed this out to the lady, she said that I'm stealing her sauce if she gives it away from free yet I didn't see a return when I took items off of the burrito I was ordering. I think Taco Bell is just a horrible company for not seeing that its price gouging its customers. It's constantly lowering the quality of its food but raising the price. You take the sour cream off your burrito, your burrito is the same price, but if you add avocado ranch plus $0.50
The app sent our order here by mistake. We hit cancel immediately but it wouldn’t cancel. After 10 minutes of trying to reach this restaurant by phone we gave up because they obviously left the phone off the hook. No one was upfront when we walked in. We ate our cold food sitting at the front. No one came to the front the entire time we ate. Thankfully, we paid with our American Express…

Wish I was able to leave zero stars. Only go here unless you want them to mess up everything in your order!!
This is really sad. I can’t believe this was put on a taco and they thought this was ok.
Came in to sit down and dine. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes I was finally recognized by an employee and directed to an electronic kiosk to place my order. I unsuccessfully searched for several minutes for what I wanted to order (plain as day on the menu behind the counter) and was placed in file 13 by the staff who were unconcerned by the amount of time it was taking for my fruitless search. A woman came into the restaurant, walked up to the counter and was immediately helped. Seriously? Why was I not afforded this same service but pretty much left out to dry? I walked out and will not be returning. Based on the reviews for this location it appears upper management (if such an ephemeral entity exists) has given up on fixing the customer service issues here.

Would leave zero stars if possible. My fiance was sent to the emergency room with a near fatal allergic reaction because someone moron put cabbage on a grilled cheese burrito and triggered a severe plant protein allergy in him. Absolutely unacceptable, won't even send my worst enemies here ever again.

I'm usually a loyal Taco Bell customer and have always had positive experiences with the staff. However, my recent visit to the Thompson Bridge Road location in Gainesville, Georgia, was completely unacceptable. The employee taking our order was incredibly rude and impatient, constantly sighing and rushing us. To add insult to injury, we later found out this person was a manager, which is a disgrace to customer service. On top of the terrible attitude, our order was missing several items, including a quesadilla, multiple Doritos Locos tacos, and cinnamon twists. This experience was so awful that it's made me seriously question whether I'll ever go back to Taco Bell again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Everything was spot on as usual. We ordered 3 Grilled Chicken Soft Taco Supremes, 1 Bean Burrito and a 2pk of Cinnabon Delights. Everything was hot and fresh and quick... Just like it should be.

I ordered through uber eats (110.00) all 12 of our tacos had no meat. Can’t get anyone to answer phone and uber eats refunded me .92 cents!!! Never again!
I came here about 1 month ago and order the nachos with extra cheese and beans. This was the last thing I ate until the middle of night I started throwing up everything I ate. It was consistent until 9pm that night when I went to the hospital. Day before yesterday evening my sister decided to get nachos because we were thinking the first time it was just a big going around but we had the same reaction AGAIN. Thankfully I had medicine from the previous time to help us for the time being.
Get rid of that trash AI ordering and it will be a 5 star 😫
Like a lot of fast food restaurants, they have order stations for you to place your order. I have no problems with this idea. But when you get your order, you expect all of your order. I had to call out twice to get someone to get me the coffee that I ordered. When the counter isn't being attended, whoever brings your order to the counter should make sure you have everything that you ordered.
