I came here about 1 month ago and order the nachos with extra cheese and beans. This was the last thing I ate until the middle of night I started throwing up everything I ate. It was consistent until 9pm that night when I went to the hospital. Day before yesterday evening my sister decided to get nachos because we were thinking the first time it was just a big going around but we had the same reaction AGAIN. Thankfully I had medicine from the previous time to help us for the time being.

Like a lot of fast food restaurants, they have order stations for you to place your order. I have no problems with this idea. But when you get your order, you expect all of your order. I had to call out twice to get someone to get me the coffee that I ordered. When the counter isn't being attended, whoever brings your order to the counter should make sure you have everything that you ordered.

Store full of the MOST incompetent workers at any Taco Bell in the area. When someone says âI want a Crunchwrap supreme with nacho friesâ you assume they want nacho fries on the side, NOT ON THE GD CRUNCHWRAP!! If methany in there would lay off the substance, maybe the store would be better. For now, stay away. Nastiest Taco Bell in Gainesville.

I just had one of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant. So taco bell has implemented a new AI assistant while ordering at the drive through window. Honestly I don't like using the AI assistant because I have a thick southern accent, so any AI has a hard time picking my voice up. So I always ask for a live person. About 5 seconds after I asked for a live person a girl got on the intercom and said I had the use the AI assistant that it was company policy that I have to or I need to leave. I immediately asked for a their GMâs name and number. She refused to give me their information and proceeded to continue being extremely rude. I was about to spend over $60 for my family of 6. So I left and went somewhere else for dinner. After I got home my wife had called the store and the same girl answered the phone that had been rude to me and she hung up on my wife immediately after she asked for the GMâs name and number again. After calling several times over and over finally a shift leader finally answered the phone and talked to my wife about this issue. At this point it is honestly comical that a company can have an employee that can be that rude and dismissive in helping a customer.
Fries and food is extremely cold. The store is ran by incompetent teenagers who will spit in your food or give your crap food with uncleaned hands. Food poisoning is to be expected with this crew.
The district manager needs to come down on this place and check what customers are complaining about. The store manager ain't doing their job .Mystery shoppers need to converge on this place. Health department needs to visit this establishment immediately. Cold food being served to people means old food and dangerous.

Every time I have ordered food from here, it has been fresh and hot. I am not a huge fan of this AI order taker through the drive through. It can be awkward with an accent and it not hearing correctly. I've had things on the sign show incorrectly and have to get to the window and correct it. Never had a problem with the staff, I've asked their opinions on the AI order taker and they are not a fan either. Other than that, this taco bell has never been a let down.

So the app wasn't working and wouldn't let us place our order. We pulled up to the drive thru menu and were greeted by an AI bot. We opted for a live person as the bot just couldn't understand what we were trying to say. No sour cream, tomatoes, or lettuce on some of the items from the Luxe Boxes. The Luxe Box in the app is completely different than in store apparently. I was fine with that and apologized after we went inside to inquire what we received. We had ordered three luxe boxes, 4 soft tacos, a grilled steak burrito, a grilled cheese burrito with beef, and a steak quesadilla meal. They put tomatoes on a few items and when they replaced the items instead of just making them without tomatoes, they added back the sour cream and lettuce to the remade items. They didn't give us the grilled cheese burrito and the employee on the make line could be heard loud and clear calling us a "damn lie." She said she just put two burritos on the grill. She very well may have but we didn't get it.

Ordered takeout from here with a few friends a month ago. I ordered the cravings box that came with a burrito, a Hard-shell taco, chips and cheese, and a Doritos locos taco. My friends ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. There weren't too many people in the drive thru and the service was alright in getting our orders. The food overall was ok in general. Also got a Baja Blast for my drink. It's a good place to go for a late night meal, but that's about it.
