I love taco bell, but every time I visit this location my irder is wrong. I never leave the parking lot without checking because there is always something missing.Update: they now lock all doors at 9pm and make fun of customers who want to order inUpdate for March of 2024: they now cuss while making your food. They can't handle the intake of orders without cussing about the customers who ordered the food. Or the poor window workers who are just doing their job taking orders. It's sad

The place is kiosk only if you go inside. Do not expect the people standing around to do anything like work until you deal with the robot first. Do not expect your order to be correct. Do not expect your food to be fresh or hair free. Basically Do Not eat at this location.

You have to order your food yourself when there are 2 registers and 3 people standing there doing nothing. Either give us employee discounts or take our order like you're paid to do.
Just waited 20 mins for them to help 2 cars in a 12 car line. Slowest service ever.

It is 12:31am for Saturday, January 6, 2024, so whoever the two people are for this Friday night shift simply don’t want to work. I’m a Dasher for DoorDash, and these two gentlemen flat out refuse to work. They’re not answering the drive through, and the person in front of me said they think the restaurant was closed. Having an order, I have to verify, and I could see them trying to hide out of site of the drive through window in the kitchen. Pulling around to the front of the store are two cars, and they can be seen in the kitchen hunching over. This is ridiculous.
No sooner after making that review the manager came out and stood by our car and watch us leave for what reason unprofessional, needs better training look into who yall make manager will be telling

Went here for lunch today. Food came out fine and staff were kind. The only thing I noticed is that the staff were all very busy and was just having people use the kiosk inside. No one was at the front. I say this to point out management... hire more people. These employees are doing a lot. They need a raise or incentives. They are doing the work of numerous people but getting paid bare minimum. This is how you lose good workers!

I always get to go, but since the drive thru is backed up. When I went in, there was only 2 people working, but no manager was visible. They insisted I use the kiosk, but didn't have what I wanted. To go cashier seemed to get mad by ordering at the counter!!
