Literally anytime I door dash from this location its the absolute worse. I hate doing bad reviews but there is a first time for everything. Waited an hour for my food doordash had to send 3 washers all for them to say that my food was picked up!! By who if it was never confirmed through doordash. My last dasher was so nice and told me to call and ask if they could remake it and she would bring it to me. I called and they basically told me the only way I would recieve my food is if I paid again. 😡 canceled my order and ordered from browns Bridge and had absolutely NO ISSUES!!!

Customer service was not great. The employee at the window was very angry about something and was projecting it onto us. She seemed to not enjoy her job and was very impatient. The food was ok. It was warm but didn't impress. I've had way better service from this location in the past!

Instead of getting a beefy 5 layer burrito I got a bean burrito. This is incredibly disappointing as this is NOT the first time this has happened and it KEEPS HAPPENING!! This is ridiculous! you never know what kind of allergies other people have!! Teenagers that can barely make ramen should not be working for a franchise. This place needs to be shut down for the amount of wrong orders I’ve gotten. Doesn’t matter if it’s online or not. OH AND THEN I GOT THE CORRECT ORDER!!! What a freaking mess.

Was unaware that when you ordered loaded beef nachos that the amount of beef that I get could literally fit on the fork in one bite. Every time I come to this location either the service is poor or the food is never correct. Was charged almost $4 for barely any food and to top that off, the food was ice cold….yet again. Do not waste your money or time at this location.

When you call to make it known they always say well I remember that order and I know I made it right. Naw cause I would eat it and not call you if I had. Don't go here. Not worth the time or money!

Been to this location many times, staff is very rude, and I’ve been there after 12am many times and the staff didn’t even bother to take my order, they rather sit on their phones in the dining area of the restaurant than take my order, if you want to actually get decent Taco Bell I recommend any other location than this one on Jesse jewel, worst toco bell I’ve been to in my life.

Service was terrible, they were rude and disrespectful and I waited for over an hr for them to take my order, then they were rude abt my order that THEY messed up on, and also the food was cold and terrible. When I can in to tell them that they were missing fries and a drink they were completely rude abt it and I also seen COCKROACHS YES COCKROACHES🤢🤢. 10/10 would not recommend to go there and I definitely won’t be going back.
