Had to wait food wasn't good and just bad attitude.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR DELIVERY. I used the app to get a delivery order. It never came. I tried calling the store, they do not answer the phone. I called Taco Bell customer service. They do not answer the phone. I called Door Dash, they told me the order was delayed (the order never came). I called the delivery driver who did not speak English who told us Taco Bell did not have my order (I think).

Put in a mobile order and I was missing items, items I did have weren’t even made right including nacho fries that weren’t seasoned. I also had to wait 40 minutes in the drive-thru. Go to literally any other Taco Bell in the area.

On gloves, preparing food and toiching register with gloves, i had to leave as this employee and others are not being very sanitary. And there is a 15 min wait with only 3 to 4 cistomere in front of me. I dont see this being here much longer.
Update, Dec17,2024 arrives in lobby before 10p.m. EMPLOYEES saying lobby is closed. I ask what time does it close. She said 10p.m. why don't management/ owner do something about this BS. I Sat in parking lot to write this and now at 10:16 there helping and waiting on people in the lobby. So now I'm back in the lobby fixing to try to order.

SO dissapointed in this location. My boyfriend and I ordered in doordash and got NONE of the right stuff. didn’t get the cinnabon things, didn’t get my 3 soft tacos, didn’t get the burrito my boyfriend ordered. overall the worst experience i’ve had with a restaurant. Do better.

Get rid of the AI bs in the Togo line. It’s never accurate on orders and it’s taking away a job from a living person! When I come to Taco Bell I want to talk to a real person not some robot that doesn’t ever get orders right.

I got a cheesey gordita crunch. It had a bite taken out of it. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and i got a cheesey bean and rice burrito. Worst taco bell i have ever experienced. Im scared to eat what else i got since it seems the workers are okay with eating the food they serve
