Update, Dec17,2024 arrives in lobby before 10p.m. EMPLOYEES saying lobby is closed. I ask what time does it close. She said 10p.m. why don't management/ owner do something about this BS. I Sat in parking lot to write this and now at 10:16 there helping and waiting on people in the lobby. So now I'm back in the lobby fixing to try to order.

Get rid of the AI bs in the Togo line. It’s never accurate on orders and it’s taking away a job from a living person! When I come to Taco Bell I want to talk to a real person not some robot that doesn’t ever get orders right.

I got a cheesey gordita crunch. It had a bite taken out of it. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and i got a cheesey bean and rice burrito. Worst taco bell i have ever experienced. Im scared to eat what else i got since it seems the workers are okay with eating the food they serve

How can you completely screw up an order twice? I literally drove all the way back to get my order fixed. SECOND ORDER WRONG AGAIN. Bro your job isn’t hard. You just too lazy.

They didn’t make my order correctly. The tacos were missing beef. The cheese looked like it was molded. I would of recommend eating at another Taco Bell or another place

Messed the whole order up two soft taco orders that where modified to be different where the exaxct same messed drinks up baby chairs where in the open and i tripped over them when i was fixing the drink also messed up the nachos

Update: I talked to the district manager and he made it right. I understand that the employees in the store don’t have authority to make decisions for the store so I’m pleased with the outcome, but I still will not ever use Apple Pay again. Lesson learned.
I went to Taco Bell in New Holland shopping center in Gainesville, GA a few days ago and placed an order at the drive thru. When I got to the window to pay I used Apple Pay. The drive thru worker told me that my transaction did not go through and he needed to swipe Apple Pay again. I, of course, complied and allowed him to swipe my Apple Pay a second time. Both transactions cleared my bank. I went back to Taco Bell where they refused to give me a refund. I called my bank and was told that because I used Apple Pay that I could not dispute the transaction. At this point Taco Bell in New Holland shopping center in Gainesville, GA are thieves and Apple Pay is endorsing thieves.

I watched them turn two elderly couples away because they only had cash one Hispanic and American Told them all they could do was order off The kiosk. The one elderly couple started crying and left with their heads down And I paid 259 for a drink That taste awful every single drink in the drink machine in the dining room was terrible and there’s not even an option for sweet tea on the kiosk enough said

So my son and I went through the drive through around 12:20 a.m. he ordered a number 4 sub catina chicken. We'll the teller didn't bother to inform him there are not substitutions for their cantina chicken. Well what they didn't realize is that other taco bells will do it for those who can't eat beef such as myself. It causes me pancreatic problems. Well my son is the one doing the order and he's new to it cause he doesn't do it often and he's a new driver. So it ends up being wrong and the reciept was totally wrong. Well we go back I politely tell the teller what happened and that wasn't ordered with beef because it could possibly kill me. Well she refused and got rude and I was just asking a simple question if we could remake it to regular chicken and she was just down right rude and refusing to help because there was a line. Well bravo you literally almost killed a disabled American Naval Veteran. Bravo and you caused me a severe anxiety attack. With this being said she refused to give me the time that the manager would be there and refused to tell me who I was speaking. Well I have your receipt with your register number and name. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL KILL YOU!!!

Taco Bell is the best. I love a company that solves problems for all of its customers. One lady needed fries and now we all have fries when we need Tacos or fries. Only at the border!
