Was unaware that when you ordered loaded beef nachos that the amount of beef that I get could literally fit on the fork in one bite. Every time I come to this location either the service is poor or the food is never correct. Was charged almost $4 for barely any food and to top that off, the food was ice cold….yet again. Do not waste your money or time at this location.

Every time I come through the drive through I end up missing food. I try to call them to tell them but they don’t answer the phone. Highly disappointed. I’ve spend so much money and don’t even get what I’m paying for.

Every time I come here my order is never right and to try to let someone know I have to wait 5-10 min cause there’s no one working the counter and none of the workers in the kitchen even acknowledge you. Terrible service

Literally every time we order from here rather it's in person, drive thru or delivery. Receipt at all correcr but the food is always wrong. When you call to make it known they always say well I remember that order and I know I made it right. Naw cause I would eat it and not call you if I had. Don't go here. Not worth the time or money!

Been to this location many times, staff is very rude, and I’ve been there after 12am many times and the staff didn’t even bother to take my order, they rather sit on their phones in the dining area of the restaurant than take my order, if you want to actually get decent Taco Bell I recommend any other location than this one on Jesse jewel, worst toco bell I’ve been to in my life.

Service was terrible, they were rude and disrespectful and I waited for over an hr for them to take my order, then they were rude abt my order that THEY messed up on, and also the food was cold and terrible. When I can in to tell them that they were missing fries and a drink they were completely rude abt it and I also seen COCKROACHS YES COCKROACHES🤢🤢. 10/10 would not recommend to go there and I definitely won’t be going back.

It of all the different taco bell restaurants I've eat at, this one is my favorite. I don't know why it would be different, but the food is so much more tasty at this location.

Came by for lunch a couple times working in the area. Not a busy location but wait time is forever. You can forgot about about ordering at the counter. The ordering stations are ok but people get confused and it starts to build a line. I have see several people leave because the guy at the counter says the manger will not let them take orders at the counter, especially older people. That's pretty sad. The kitchen area looks horrible and the dinning area is always nasty. Trash is full sauce, lids and napkins are out. The manger seems like he is spaced out and seen him see a mess and just keep walking. Definitely needs some mangmnet who cares.

Hannah was very rude! I placed a Togo order and accidentally ordered two of the same burritos well when I realized at the drive through i asked once I got up to the window if they could switch one of my burritos for a cheaper one that I wanted and originally planned to order. The young girl that was handling us was really sweet and was going to do it so i thanked her and sit back that’s when i heard Hannah very loudly say excuse me and told me that even though she was a manager she couldn’t do it. I didn’t see an issue since I was just wanted to switch a burrito. I’m a tired mama and mistakes happen but she was just rude with the whole ordeal even when I ask her for her manager name. I don’t see this place getting a lot of business if she’s working

You can tell how low quality the food is, and funny part is look at your receipt when you take off a sauce that comes with your burrito, they do not reimburse or make your food item any cheaper but if you substitute it with another sauce they'll charge you 50 Cent

I’ve spared this location long enough. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before and never treated the customers the way they do here. The people who work the window/drive-thru have the worst customer service ever. Everyone who works the drive-thru window, never greets you, sometimes just stares at you until you give them the money. You constantly have to ask for straws for your drinks, constantly asking for the sauce, and sometimes don’t give you everything you ordered.
