Slow service had to ask for hot sauce twice then went to the bar for the hot sauce. BBQ chicken overdone. It was a Saturday night staff busy. Wife’s dish was fine. I’ll be back

Would’ve been 4 or 5 stars had my steak been cooked correctly. Steak came out medium well when I ordered medium rare. Also not much seasoning to the steak but It was still edible. Servers and hostesses all very nice.

And She is Outstanding I am Praying 🙏 that you Recognize Her for her Awesome Service.. This location is the only one that I will go to because the staff and managers are Excellent. Customer service in Our Country is lacking and I Am so Blessed to come after Church to this location 💯 Went in today August 10th for Lunch after Church and my Server was Amazing Brie,,,First time I had her as my Server She's Outstanding 💯 TRUTH. Please Recognize Outstanding customer service because it's Hard to come by. The Food is Fantastic and I Always enjoy coming here after Church..Manager is always so kind and caring. Your Location is So Blessed to have Outstanding people working for you. God's Blessing Always

Love the steaks, the gluten free selections are OK, but the loud music and line dancing staff are just too much. This is no longer a family restaurant. Conversations are impossible.

My husband and I use to look forward to date nights at Texas Roadhouse. What has happened to the service!!?! We get there around 3:00, they’re not busy at all. We get our rolls, no plates for rolls, another couple comes in after us, same waitress, they get plates for rolls. We order sweet tea one with lemon. Both teas come out unsweetened BOTH with lemon. After placing our order, I wanted extra ranch with my salad. We both order medium rare ribeyes. I order baked potato extra sour cream and butter. After sitting almost 40 minutes we finally get our food. Steaks are WAY over cooked, more fat than beef, not sure what the hell is going on with steaks, they’re so thin. no extra sour cream and butter for potato, until I ask AGAIN. We don’t send out steaks back cause at this point we’re starving. We don’t get asked if we need refills until time to leave. So $55.00 later we do DISAPPOINTED at this location. We will not be back.

I went to hear with my family a few days ago for a celebration and we had a reservation for 5:30 and we didn't get sat until almost 7:00 didn't get to get our food and eat and get out of there until after 8:30. Our waiter was very nice and the chili and fries and onion ring (cactus blossom??) were good but that's honestly the only good thing I have to say
The service is great! The food is terrible. The past 4 times we have had to send our steaks back for being way over done. Ordered a medium yesterday and received way past well done. The manager replaced the steaks but they really need to find a new cook.

Service was extremely slow, it was lunch time with barely any people in the building. Dunno if our waitress was taking a snack break every two minutes but I had to literally pull another waitress to the side to ask if I could get a bag of rolls and butter for the road, got home later and realized there’s absolutely no butter when I specifically asked for extra. If you guys want to improve, LISTEN!!!

My fiancee 's steak was burnt, my food was very good. Been here many times and this is the first time I've ever gotten a bad steak. The server should have not brought that steak out. He should have requested another one to be cooked. You could plainly see it was burnt 🔥
