After the waiter set us at the table people came in after us at the bar she waited on 30 min she still hadn’t waited on us . Finally another waiter gave us our drink your waiter is in the way 30 more min nothing she was still standing at the bar . So we left will not go back to that ever.

Came in at 9:30pm on a Thursday, was barely even busy, 2 tables, 1 couple at the bar, I too waited at the bar for around 5 minutes and not a single one of the employees attended to me, there was around 5 employees. I have no idea what they were doing, literally just chatting and walking around aimlessly.

((First of all, I want to say that I respect the mentality and opinion of everyone, )) I know the situation that is happening with all of us Hispanics, well this morning at this Waffle House, they denied service to my mother and family, I have so many mixed feelings, I do not come here with the desire to cause problems, just wish I feel very much for all that we Hispanics are going through, this feeling I feel right now, is pain, impotence, and if courage, take care of yourself, and do not give them the pleasure of losing sanity, nice day,

The service here is terrible. I understood they were busy. But not once within 8:37 of waiting not once did anybody say hello, good morning, or we'll be with you in one moment. Instead all 3 of them looked me dead in my face and stared at me with attitude. I have eaten here before but it was more so in the evening and everything was great. But this morning shift is just rude and down right terrible

Our Christmas Day visit was met with a sweet server who took our and got most of the food right for our family of five. She checked on us and had the wrong items corrected. Our problem with the store was that our food was luke warm. On top of that three servers talked about sick they currently were and how two had fevers. One staff member was coughing a lot and coughed on the waffle makers and did not clean up the waffle makers or wash her hands. Thankfully my niece already had her waffle. Merry Christmas to all in the store, here is a case flu/covid/virus from a food establishment. Thanks. We will not be back to that Waffle House as a result. Your server earned your store two stars instead of one star. She earned four stars. The server was young and had glasses. I can't remember her name as I am writing this the day after and once I got back home in another state.
