I ordered on line and arrived at the designated pick up time. I waited for over 20 minutes and a walk in order that came in after me was called out to cooks while I was waiting. Asked about my food after 20 and it still wasn’t called out to cooks. Asked for refund and still had to wait 10 more minutes for that to happen. Very poor service and not well organized at all. I may be done with them for good. Losing almost an hour during a work day is not acceptable for anyone I know.

Black people are not welcome here do not stop here. I stopped in today to place a to go order no one acknowledged me at all I stood at the cash register for a good five minutes then took a seat infront of the window directly infront of the register still no one acknowledged me or offered to take my order. I usually stop in here for food on my way to agile cold storage for my weekly pick ups. This will be my last time visiting this location do to the treatment I received.

This is the Waffle House where the waitress said she needed a noose when it was a black family eating there. And the manager replied he had one in the car. Sounds racist to me. Do better. Only got one star bc that’s the only way I could post. Report them please

I ordered a basic breakfast plate to go, but I want to give credit to whoever cooked the frozen biscuit. They have a special talent. Not to mention that all the employees were very nice and welcoming. I did not have to wait to order, and the food was ready right away. Excellent service and food.

We pulled into the parking lot and two servers were outside smoking. We continued to watch the servers and the first server who was smoking washed her hands after coming back into the restaurant. The second server proceeded to take the trash out and decided she wanted to come over and introduce herself as our server and provide my family with our utensils. THIS LADY NEVER WASHED HER HANDS!!! We got up and walked out while she was placing the silverware on the table. The LEAST you can do is wash your filthy hands!
