Today was sunny, cold day. We stopped by Waffle House for coffee and a soda. Elizabeth was our server. We had bad experience before. Not today she was pleasant. Was slow and quiet. Was able to enjoy the music. Thank you Elizabeth for being here with a nice pleasant visit. God bless all at Waffle House. Keep up the hard work.

I ate here yesterday evening 7/18 and the food was great but the service was poor. My server I cant remember her name but she just looked miserable and didnt make for a good environment will definitely not be coming back in the evenings

Intentionally picked five stars. Was exactly the meal I needed. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food and service were excellent. No photos because the food was too good to slow down long enough to open my camera app.
The employees at this location are always very nice, and the service is good.

This location is my usual on the weekends and on Sunday 02/04/24. I have had great experiences all these times except today.There was a lady named Amy working there and she was having a coughing fit. She coughed all over the food bench, the waffle batter, and the waffle topping box. She tried to cover the cough with her elbow, but when she turned her back to the customers she just openly coughed onto everything.I was disgusted. It was enough for another waitress to notice my reaction. The waitress told Amy to pop another cough drop in. She did but not after coughing all over the area again.The other disgusting thing is that she kept touching her face, her hair, her ears and not once did she wash her hands. The same hands she coughed into. May have to screen her for the"meff" because she seemed very fidgety.I shouldn't expect much from WH employees but damn washing your hands is the bare minimum.I left that place disgusted as hell. ?
