Went through the drive thru the lady that took the order was so nice and friendly when I got to the window and at the next window they let me know we r waiting on your burgers to come off the grill and be right with u then when I got the food they was so friendly.

All fast food sucks these days. Workers dont care or dont listen to order, food is all soggy and cold, this place was so bad I'll never eat wendys again.
Day in drive-thru for over 30 minutes to pick up an order placed on app. When order was finally brought out to where we had to pull up they didn't even know what kind of drink we ordered. They were not even busy.

Went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order i placed around 9pm, waited until 9:50 before i finally got my food and i pointed out to the employee that i still hadn’t recieved my drink and he just said “what drink” like he was irritated by me missing it? Very slow service and they clearly need better managment because it’s actually ridiculous.

Thank heavens it stays open until midnight. I was nearby at the hospital with my elderly father and was finally able to go and get food at 11:45 PM. This also gave them thereason to make it fresh for me. That was awesome.
