My Burger was raw…I took a bit and I noticed red meat inside…got up and nicely inform the lady in front counter and showed her the burger…he response was “oh honey that it’s for sure completely raw”…she then told me she was informing the manager which was a African American male. He screamed through the kitchen Caaalviiin!!!! Then they all started laughing! Front counter lady stated they will take care care of me and hold a sec. I waited 10 minutes and my burger was not out. I went back and the manager looked at me with a what do you want attitude. I said my burger was raw. He immediately responded so you wanted another? I said yes please. Maybe we should have walked out but my kids and husband were also eating their food. Did not wanted to cause a bad experience for my kids. He ring me up for “free” on the burger. The lady in the front counter said he didn’t charged you 😬!!! I mean I had already paid 🫤!!!! For a raw burger I wasn’t paying again for something that went to the trash. They never apologized. The manager is in the wrong position. If the manager acts this way what can we expect from the other staff. He has 0 customer service skills. Horrible…will not be coming again. Just thankful I did not have food poisoning.

Order off door dash 3 burgers with bacon and cheese came with bun and meat no cheese nothing but hamburger patty and bun and the fries were half full made us send the order back with the door dash which I believe where they just take them back and add bacon and cheese awful service would give them no stars but doesn’t give me the choice

Nasty employees spitting and coughing right at the window with the food. When we got our food there was white slimy stuff all over my kids nuggets and was not given and frys with our 3 biggie bags. Just do not go to this location your asking for food poisoning!

This is the 11th time our order has been ridiculously screwed up in the past 4 1/2 months. We have tried complaining we have been reassured. The action would be taken. It never has so now we’re going directly to public. We’ve given ample Opportunity for them to take action and they have felt to do so. Not only was the food not done correctly the bun along with everything on the burgers were so coded in grease they were in edible Our dogs would not even eat them. That’s how bad it was.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although there is a ramp up to the doors, the doors are manual and extremely heavy so you can’t open them especially if you’re in a wheelchair so that kind of makes the ramps useless unless you’re always with somebody.

Today I drove up, and a computerized voice took my order at the drive through. So much for human connection. I won't be returning. Wendy's has become soulless.
Waited at Drive thru for 20 minutes. Got to ordering kiosk and whole system went down so no food was had. Generally this location is slow late at night but food is good so worth waiting.

Spongebob would be disappointed in how bad the "krabby patty" is. Plus I had the coldest cheese fries, a frosty shake with no straw and I ordered nuggets and didn't get those either but got all the sauces. I never eat wendys anymore and this is why. Thanks for helping me waste 25$ 10/10 would not recommend this location.

Ordered some food with a friend late at night. We both got burgers, fries and chocolate frosties. There wasn't anyone else in the drive thru so we were able to get our orders pretty fast. The service was also kind and friendly. Our meal was excellent with good burgers and yes, we ended up dipping our fries into the frosty which had a both salty and sweet taste. A good late night experience.
