I pulled into the drive through and waited quite some time, I ended up parking and went inside to order. The kid who took my order didn't know how to scan the Wendy's app, he had to get a manager and she was rude! They made my frosty and then waited 15 minutes to ask what my name was and started working on my to go order. There was at least 8 workers, one girl right behind the counter kept dancing around and was not aware of anything to do with customers or helping her team. I was missing food in my bag once I was gone and realized, my order was also made incorrectly. Terrible experience, I even came 2 days prior and things weren't awful that day. Very slow, undertrained staff, food wasn't very warm and the fries were very bland. Not to mention my frosty was a liquid by the time I was able to go.

I came through the drive through today and placed an order one of my sandwiches was not put into the bag which I realized once I don’t home. I turned around and drove back to the location and went back through the drive through and they got the manager and she wanted to see my receipt which I did not have, I wasn’t given a receipt. I did tell her I could tell her what I ordered and she could pull it back up. She then proceeded to tell me not to get an attitude getting very loud with me.i then showed her my bank statement where i did in fact just buy food from there.i told her I didn’t need to steal. She said she didn’t say I was stealing, Very rude and hateful, still yelling. That’s not the way you handle customers, I work in customer service. Also not even the sandwich I ordered in the first place.

How horrible my experience was at this location. It was a nightmare. It went from a simple order to two messed up orders to the police being called. The Manager is so unprofessional. He admitted to making my order wrong and told me that since it was his property, he was not going to make the order over. First of all they gave us cold meat on the bun, the meat was bloody looking and the French fries was super cold and on top of that the drink had black particles in it, the coworkers are not professional they told me the manager hired slow people that’s why the food came out wrong, it’s as if they are running a hail horse at this location, I was not happy with my order because of how bad the food was so I requested a refund and the manager stated no get off my property
Which lets me know how bad they do there customers and he used every curse word in the book, I don’t understand how he was a manager when he have no structure going on at this location and the location is dirty, this man is obviously slow himself it’s sad if the police say you petty 😂😂😂😂😂

i’ve had bad service before but this was just crap, rude service. if you are to busy and overwhelmed to serve your customers then don’t be the one taking orders and handing drinks. the lady in the window tonight was very disrespectful. 0/10 won’t be back again.

I went to the drive thru 1/23/25 at approx 4:45 ordered an apple pecan chicken salad with fried chicken. I have ordered this at many wendys and always got the order. The man at the speaker said we can not do that. I said really and he said no we do not have the proper cutting board for it! I went to the wendys in Dahlonega and ordered the same thing, got it and went home.What is wrong with Thompson Bridge road? The proper cutting board???

I just ordered a doordash from this store and I asked for extra frosting cup with my Cinnabon Pull-A-Part they charged me a dollar but it didn't come with my meal. Also I got the sausage egg and swiss croissant that came without cheese?!

Going through the drive through and paying cash. Cashier jerked the $10 bill from my hand spilling the change on the ground. Then expected me to get out of my truck and pick up the change. There wasn’t enough room to open the door. Manager told me I was lazy. Rude rude rude. All this over 15 cents.

8am visit to restaurant for a quick breakfast sandwich.. Had to attend rest room 1st .. Either a marching band came in b4 I did or someone didn't clean restroom last night.. It actually looks like a couple of days. If not the Rest Restroom WHAT ELSE... NO THANK YOU I WILL HAVE BREAKFAST SOMEWHERE ELSE..
