To be nice this place is terrible the worst, waited in line for 45 minutes to order a salad, I went inside and no one came to the register to take my order, only two other people were inside and one had asked for a refund due to the wait, only two other the 4th of July one employee gave I guess his girlfriend food for free then started talking a fire work discount with other employees instead of taking orders so on two separate occasions, terrible service And when I drive by I see the line that looks like something from Disney World cars seem to be waiting forever to order

Wendy’s, not just this restaurant, has gone so downhill for years now. Seems like everything has shrunk 80%. Always seems dirty and everything just seemed so unclean in general. Chicken sandwich’s are so tiny, feels like their all the size of the value menu crispy chicken sandwiches. Ya know? The ones that was $1.39 years ago. Even if you get the 7 dollar ones that makes a 12 dollar combo, they give you a tiny Pattie and bun, looks like it couldnt fill up tiny lil kids. Burgers are sloppy and tiny. As a guy who grew up loving and eating Wendy’s in the 90’s and early 2000’s, know I can’t be only one who notices this?

We had the best customer service experience here! Mark & Matthew were killing it Wednesday night. It’s so refreshing to see people taking pride in their work. Outstanding!

I have been going to this wendys 2-3 times a week because my grandson's want breakfast food on the way to school. However, the quality of the food has gone way down. That put so much mayonnaise on the croissants that it falls out of the side. And never get my order right. I ordered 2 egg and cheese croissants with American cheese and they give me Swiss cheese or sausage, egg and cheese. Also even if I order the same thing as the day before they charge me different. Sometimes it is 2.77 when I get 1 croissant and other times it is 4.48. And when I get a croissant and a coke it is 5.25 sometime and today it was 7.95! When I question it the staff seems to get irritated. So I am going to buy croissants at kroger and American cheese at kroger and make them at home! They will be a better quality product anyway.

Drove 10 minutes to have a meal. Arrived at 7:45 to a locked door. A customer opened the door to let me and another customer in. The staff stated they could not take our order and the dining room was closed because they were short staffed. They are normally open till at least 10. I asked for the manager and he reiterated they were short staff and couldn't help. There were 5 staff visible which is more than I usually see at this location. The manager was counting out and closing cash drawers rather than helping serve. There was at least one more person in the back mopping the floors as if they were closing rather than taking care of customers. I guess we can all help them out with being short of staff by making them short of customers going forward, then they will not need staff at all. This is the Kroger location on Thompson Bridge Rd. I know it is hard to find good staff, but the staff and manager need to be more concerned with their customers.

Ordered 5 large chilis in the drive-thru and maybe got the equivalent of two and a half. All of them were only half full, if that. No sour cream for sour cream and chive baked potato. No sour cream for chili as requested. Always have issues when eating here and never wrote a review until today because I’m over it and won’t be back. Drive thru people are always rude and don’t even respond half the time when you tell them hello or don’t even say a word as they throw your food in the car. Won’t be back anymore. Just ridiculous to spend $30 dollars on a simple thing like chili and can’t even get what we ordered.

Every time I've gone to this Wendy's in the past 6 months they have messed up my order.
One time i even over heard the cook tell the cashier to just put it into the bag when she asked him a question.
When i got home i found out the just threw a regular chicken sandwich in there instead of a grilled.
You order a burger with everything and just get pickles with a still all pink burger on the inside.
You order a regular chicken sandwich with everything you get spicy with nothing on it.
They just seem to be overwhelmed and dont care anymore.

On 8/23 I went and got some 8:00pm dinner for myself because I had be in bed within the hour and didn’t feel or have time to cook something. I spent around $14 and the fries was cold and not fresh and nuggets where warm Wendy’s is a hit and miss. Their fries used to be good I don’t know what’s changed sometimes I sit in the drive thru for a bit and are very busy it seems the only good time is around noon for lunch because it’s fresh
