Been here many times and it's pretty much a lottery on whether or not you get good service. Food is usually good but always check your bag before leaving the drive through. Multiple times items have been forgotten and unless you specify you want napkins don't expect any.

RAW FOOD AND WILL NOT REFUND.MARK is an inconsiderate person that does not and should not run a restaurant. He refused to give me a refund after serving raw food. Takes no responsibility and did not apologize. Raw food should not be tolerated. Will never eat there again.

Twice now they have messed up my UberEats order.Both times it was the same sandwich.Last time I got the classic nacho chicken sandwich with a few other things. I was given the burger instead of the chicken sandwich. This time, I got the combo, or at least I ordered it. But I didn’t get it. I got the extra 6 piece and the kids meal. But I did not get my sandwich or fries. Now I’m gonna have to jump through hoops with Uber to get my refund.

Every time I go here the staff is rude and has an attitude. It takes a long time just to go through the drive thru, sometimes 30 minutes or more even when there’s only 2 or three people ahead of you.And the food is almost never fresh.

This place is awful now. The night crew is horrendous. Can't get a simple order right after already correcting them two times at the start of my most recent order. This is the second time in a row now that they have gotten my order completely wrong. I'd rather spend the extra time and drive to the one in Dahlonega than this heap. I don't know how they even got enough cash to remodel. Nobody should be supporting this place.

It was ? !! It looked like a 2nd grader threw it together! The sodas tasted like carbonated colored water! We ate lunch here while they were remodeling, and it wasFANTASTIC! That was through the drive-thru though. Maybe the day team should retrain the night team!!! Plus, the girl that took our order was to busy?, ?,? , to pay us any mind!! I told her both ketchup spots were empty, probably still is!! Never going back for quite awhile!!
