I would have given it all 5 stars except it was absolutely freezing inside, to the point that it was not enjoyable. We asked our waitress, to turn it up, which she did but it never got warmer. I ordered a cup of coffee to try to get warm and it was the worst coffee I've ever had when I finally got it!

My wife and I went to have a nice dinner and it was SO COLD in the restaurant it would put a hospital to shame. We asked for the manager and pointed out all the people wearing coats in the restaurant. She said she turned it up 1 degree. Not sure what’s going on but I would have to guess they’re trying to run their customers away.

paying $7 for this is absolutely insane. i get it its a kids meal but this is crazy. i can justify maybe $4 but these chicken tenders are absolutely puny.

Water was nasty tasted like dirt literally and the food was right with there with it the chicken being dry and so overcooked it could not be bitten through. Will not return only slight upside was that the waitress was so understanding when we had complaints

I recently moved to the Gainesville area and received the best customer ever at Wild Wings! Star, Ricky, JP, Tee, Lindsey, Kelsy O, Ashley, and Steph was awesome and went over and beyond to accommodate me. I recommend everyone to go and visit the establishment soon!
Nikki not so friendly to me and my friend on 8-07-25. We arrived at 10:14 and was told that there was no fruit for our drinks and that the kitchen was closed. Customers and other staff members said that was not true. Then she looked embarrassed due her lying to us and offered to get us menus and prepare our drinks. Due to her attitude we were disgusted and paid for our drinks that we half way dranked and left. Everyone witnessed her lying and disrespecting us. My friend is not returning to that establishment due to Nikki.
Horrible service by the female bartender working the bar tonight. I stopped by for a quick beer and some wings and since we got to the bar you could tell that she was upset we walked in. We got there about 10:14pm and I am aware that they close at 11 but I was not going to over stay. Regardless, I paid my beer and left. You lost my business!

This place has always been good, BUT tonight we waited a whole hour for our waiter Tyus. People who were there after us got their orders, and we never got ours taken. He was very sarcastically “nice” like he was ruining our night on purpose. I will no longer be spending my money here as long as he is there. I have always tipped amazingly, and he was the first person that didn’t get a tip from me ever, and that says a lot. Terrible service, stay away from Tyus.
