Hair in our wings, chicken sandwich was over cooked, and we didn't get the fries we payed for. We spent almost $80 on this food just not to be able to eat anything. Do not order from here. Tried to give them another chance and now wr have missing food. Yall can't do anything right.

The staff at the Wingstop in Dawsonville is extremely rude and unprofessional. Some of the guys act like they’re better than others just because of someone’s accent or skin color. They yell at people instead of showing basic respect. This place really needs better training on how to treat customers with dignity

I ordered 30 Wing pack. I did not receive the carrots, celery, or any of the sauces. When I called they told me they would double my sauces and vegetables next order. She also stated that when I ordered it was not her shift.
I dont care whose shift it was!!
They ruined my meal, I had no sauces with my wings and no carrots or celery. She stated no way to fix that. I told her I wanted more than what she was offering which was they would double my sauces and vegetables next visit. How the heck does that help me today? I told her I would never order from Wing Stop again if they could not give me a gift certificate for something I didn’t actually already pay for.she said she understands.
I will never.. never buy from Wing Stop again. As well as I will tell my kids to NEVER order from them again.

This place was absolutely horrendous! I don’t know how they are still open with the way the place looked inside! It looked like it has never been cleaned, sticky nasty floors, tables were disgusting and there were no napkins in the seating area for guests. When I asked one of the workers for napkins he went right over to the paper towels dispenser that THEY use and pulled out paper towels to give me. I might as well have went to the bathroom and grabbed paper towels from there, it was literally the same thing! My food was extremely salty and just not very good. The price I paid for one whole dinner was extremely too high for what it was actually worth. The condition and atmosphere of the place was absolutely horrible and I will not be back.

(5 people in kitchen area, Front person was sitting in a chair on phone), finally I stood there and a guy walked up front the back asking me if I needed help. Poor service, minus that guy. Dirty place, front door broken, soda machines a sticky mess, no papertowels or napkins out.
