Dirty place, front door broken, soda machines a sticky mess, no papertowels or napkins out.

Called in for pickup order, was told 15 mins it would be ready. Arrived 20 mins after calling. Set there 30 mins waiting for my order. The wings were not good. They were slimy feeling. Ordered lemon pepper. Couldn't taste any flavor. The ranch and fries were good. Love wingstop, but this was horrible.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This place is disgusting. I seriously don’t understand how they have a 100 as their inspection rating. They seriously need to come inspect their location again. These people are disgusting. They don’t wear gloves, they don’t have hair nets, they get on their phones to text and play music and go back to cooking and packing stuff with their bare hands. I also saw a female vaping while packing the food and she vaped all over someone’s fries before she put them in a bag. She didn’t care that she was being seen, she kept vaping all over the food. Seriously, this place is disgusting. Save your money and don’t come here.

Don't waste your money here. The wings are rubbery, not crispy even a little, even when extra crispy is requested. And it has absolutely no flavor. I ordered hot buffalo and they were milder than mild. Fries might as well have been steamed because they were completely floppy.

I placed an online order well in advance for a scheduled pick up time of 6:45pm, and I arrived on time but it wasn't ready for another 15-20 MINUTES. Seriously? Manage your orders and timing better, some of us pick up food on our way to work and can't afford to wait around an additional 20 minutes.
