Went into Zaxby's ask the cashier a couple questions she didn't have a clue it's ridiculous to have somebody working there and they don't even know what they serve needs serious training

We drove over from Dawsonville, Georgia to get some Zaxby’s in Gainesville came through the drive-through. Everything was hot perfect and delicious. The best experience I’ve had in a long time at Zaxby’s.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Been there twice in 2 weeks and they messed up my order both times. People at drive thru are so rude.Ask for ranch dipping sauce and got zacks sauce. Ordered a bog zax pack and only got 2 tenders and not toast. The week before went there and got 2 wings and things. And ask for ranch dipping sauce. And only got zax dipping sauce again. Called when I got home and manager hung up on me. This place used to have good service. But we will never go there again. As far as I'm concerned they need to close this place down. I will be calling the better business berue on them Monday. Just leftThis zach's be's at eight nineteen.Got home now napkins. No ranch dressing. Bunch of punks working. They need to close this store down oakwood's a good store. This one needs to be closed down.

Cashier kept speaking over us like he was trying to take our order himself. When we got our food we only got 1 of the meals even after saying the correct order right in front of him he kept trying to talk over us and probably charged more for the order he missed. Will not be back to this zaxbys.

Placed a mobile order and they immediately told me to pull up to the next door. Waited 10 minutes and there was no one in line. I had to go in and get my food and they tried to give me a melted milkshake. What's the point in telling someone to pull up if you're just gonna forget?

I came through the drive thru ordered a chicken sandwich and usually I have no problem but I get my order get home to find the bread hard on one side the chicken looked as if it had been sitting for over an hour tasted old very not pleased with this food tonight then when you call nobody even answers the phone . Waste of money.
