This is such beautiful location and you can tell that there was a lot of work that went into the updated design of the building. We were going for a late lunch and it seemed to be the most inconvenient time for the employee working the register for us to walk in. He didn’t give much of a greeting, when ordering wouldn’t really acknowledge our order, asked for extra sauces and got an eye roll, and just showed it was not something he wanted to be doing. Food was okay but I have had better. First time visiting this location and will probably not be back to this one. Much better quality food and service at the limestone location.

Poor salad for the price. Very little lettuce and chicken. Item left out of order. I have tried this location at various times and food is always questionable.

Time and again, this location has failed to meet expectations. I've given a pass multiple times in the past, but enough is enough. Whether it's sitting forever in the drive-through, incorrect food, or overcharging, there seems to always be some issue. Today, I sat in the drive thru for 2 to 3 minutes, which is fine. People get busy. But then someone else rolls up to the 2nd lane, and they are helped immediately. Is this petty on my part? Sure. But it all adds up over time. It's not rocket science, and yet these folks can't pull it off. I'm sure my money doesn't matter, but it will go elsewhere in the future.

Asked for one sauce. They wanted me to dig through the bag that had already been given out the window to change it out a sauce that didn't ask for in the first place. Kids meals are overpriced already. Last Zaxby's closed down due to failed health inspections and rodents/bugs running rampant. Matter of time before this chain goes the way of McDonald's.

Judging by your 3 star average you're aware of your store's failures. We just left and was shorted HALF our $50 order. Stood by another woman demanding her money back because your staff is 100% incompetent and careless. Save yourself the drama and NEVER go here. Management is a total failure and employees are a train wreck. Also your copy/paste reply to every negative review is a joke. This store should be avoided at all costs.

Drive thru was NOT busy, Drive thru employee Brittany did not allow me to speak, rushed me while trying to place my order .. had to go inside to purchase extra sauce.. saw employee Brittany on her phone. Sorry for the bad review but will not be returning to this location.

It would be one thing if it was once or twice.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this zaxbys I am met with poor service and all my items are incorrect. I’m going to go tomorrow and hopefully they will make it right. This is absolutely unacceptable. It takes me 3 hours of my life to be able to afford this and it is completely wasted.

Got some heavy fries here apparently. They weigh them out so when you have only 5 fries just know it was 8oz 😂😂 smfh better be the biggest heaviest fries i’ve ever consumed. oh wait they weren’t what a joke. same time next week?

This Zaxby’s is by far the worst one but it’s the closest to my house and the newest one. They never actually give out the ranch dressing for the salads they give you the cups so I always have to go inside and get the packets so like I know you have them just give them out😐 I’m sitting in the drive thru right now because they forgot to put chicken on my salad. Had to wait 15 minutes for the food in the first place along with 3 others cars that they just tell to pull to the door. They are all really rude I hate this place

Horrible customer service. Over priced. Get your order wrong every single time. Slow as christmas!!!

This Zaxbys location has went so far downhill since it opened. Should have went to the main one in town which seems to be much better recently. Came in barely anyone was working. Waited over 22 minutes for my food, which is fine I understand with no employees. No fountain drink (carbonation or mixes bad), no sweet tea. Chicken wings dry as a bone and old...at least the bread and frys were good I guess. Definitely not worth the $9.62. Will probably stop coming to this location.
