What has happened to Zaxbys do you should put a fair amount of seasoning on the fries either don’t put it on there at all or they barely put any on there. I ordered the five finger chicken finger plate? I only got four instead of five ordered them also in sauce and tossed looks like it was just drizzled on there usually they’re supposed to be covered.

Fries were old as hell, our “go big” meals were definitely no different than the regular, my Diet Coke was completely flat I had to pour the whole thing out, and their prices have gone up way too much for such poor quality food. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.
Charge for zax sauce. Is ok if you want extra sauce but don't give me any one. NEVER COME BACK HERE. CHICK FIL A IS THE BEST EVER THAT IS THE REASON IS ALWAYS FULL. zaxbys always empty. Something happens!!!????

Terrible service! I should have just ripped up my $10 instead of wasting it here. Rude young ladies working drive through who do NOT listen and cut you for while talking! Wrong food given, missing sauces, no seasoning on french fries....Worst Zaxby's experience EVER.

Half the time I come to this location they mess up my order by omitting items. It's as if the staff is not even remotely focused on their job. I ordered a Cobb salad a few months ago, and they left out the bacon. People notice when you leave out bacon. So the next time I came back and ordered it again, I asked the guy at the food window if it had bacon on it - he said "yep!". I get home, no bacon.
Tonight I went to get a Chicken Finger Platter, and when I got home - no coleslaw.
Please do a better job hiring staff and perhaps do some secret shopping bc they are awful. Not even in the same ballpark as Chick-Fil-A service (but more expensive!). I guess if I do return I'll have to go inside (inconvenient), and make absolute sure the order is right. So sad, please fix this absolute mess.
Went here for lunch to try the Asian Zensation Salad for the first time. I decided to go with grilled chicken on my salad instead of the fried & breaded. It was the middle of the lunch hour and there were a fair amount of people. The salad itself was quite delicious with the vinaigrette dressing adding a kick to it. A special shout out to Lauren the general manager who was cordial and friendly when taking my order. Overall a good experience.

This Zaxby’s went downhill so fast. The brand as a whole needs to work on consistency. Some locations are amazing and others genuinely suck when it comes to the food quality.

The food was ok but the girl taking orders wouldn’t even let me get my order out before she kept interrupting🙄 it was just an annoying experience overall being cutoff multiple times as I’m telling my order through the speaker.

Locking doors at 9:40 when you close at 10??? ? messed up my order i went back to tell them and the doors were locked AGAIN i had to bang on the door for any service while they didn’t care
