Waited in the drive thru for 5-minutes and they did not even take my order. Ended up leaving and went 50ft over to the Parker’s gas station that has all the breakfast items Burger King fell short on.

Worst staff I’ve ever experienced. Yes I suppose you get what you pay for. However my honey mustard wrap was covered in honey mustard and loose falling apart inside. I reached into my bag to grab it and it was covered in sauce. I’m not sure what leadership they have there but Quality is definitely not their strong suit. I get attitude everytime I’m pull through the drive through even though I’m very nice to the employees. Respect and quality could definitely use a lot more work. Location could be a factor in the labor quality but that’s no excuse. Get it together Burger King.

The food is either hit or miss. Thursday they didn't have any biscuits. Tuesday I got a biscuit but it was so hard I couldn't eat it. Friday I got a biscuit and it was near perfect. It just needs to be more consistent.
Nice clean place had to wait a bit for my food but worth it. No one wants cold fries. Lol

Empty drive thru. Pull up and order at 1:39. Get food at 2:10. So that's a 30 minute wait, when it's not even busy. Don't come here if you have anywhere to be.

Went to get 2 original chicken sandwiches, was given 2 sandwiches with burger patties on them. Took them back in to get them fixed and the Manager remade the sandwiches with patties from a regular chicken sandwiches and barely cooked bacon. Massively disappointed and will never return to this location. Embarrassing and unprofessional service. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Waste my money and my time, to make a mistake is one thing, to replace my food with another mistake is just incompetence and for the Manager to do it is massively unacceptable, do better.

Kid-friendliness: They welcomed myself and kids to their playhouse and catered to mine and the kids every need. Very friendly, and attentive. Quality of food was good
