Went to get 2 original chicken sandwiches, was given 2 sandwiches with burger patties on them. Took them back in to get them fixed and the Manager remade the sandwiches with patties from a regular chicken sandwiches and barely cooked bacon. Massively disappointed and will never return to this location. Embarrassing and unprofessional service. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Waste my money and my time, to make a mistake is one thing, to replace my food with another mistake is just incompetence and for the Manager to do it is massively unacceptable, do better.

Kid-friendliness: They welcomed myself and kids to their playhouse and catered to mine and the kids every need. Very friendly, and attentive. Quality of food was good

Visited this location today and I had the pleasure of getting the best customer service in the drive thru from a manager named Shay who was very pleasant over the speaker and once I reached the window she read my order back and had it correct and ready at the window. I spent no time at the window. The best service I’ve received thus far in a fast food restaurant. I’m so happy I chose this location and I’ll be sure to return!
I would definitely give this restaurant a 10/10 staff was super friendly, the store was really clean and the food was really good & fresh.

I dined in today and I must say the last few times I’ve visited this store has been clean the food has been fresh as well as hot. This has to be my favorite location now. The customer service has improved tremendously and I’m here for it.

Visited the store today and I must say I’m ecstatic over the service o received. The drive thru wait time was under 2 minutes and I had my food. My fries were just how I like them hot and ready. I’m impressed I will be returning.

As is typical in America, the floor is sticky and dirty. The tables are wiped down but not clean. The toilet is all rusty. The washstand is covered with a layer of dirt. The toilet is broken. Service without gloves, direct contact with food. The staff smokes right near the entrance and the smoke gets inside. Great place to avoid.
Understaffed. Everytime I come here it takes 15-20 mins. Even through drive thru. Food is always...ok... But the staff here need a job... And they are not happy... You can tell. I only come here out of convenience and to kill time.

I ordered my food at 10:18 it said it would be ready at 10:18 when I get to the store nobody was at the counter and an employee walked from the back to go to the window for their orders so we me and my son stood there for 5 minutes before a older lady employee walked a ways from the back to the counter. She pulled the printed receipts which were two orders and told me and son that breakfast is over, and we would have to contact someone to get a refund. The people in this particular store never wants to work, always serve cold foods and I have tried for the last time with Burger King because the food and service sucks badly.

So I went to the drive though and ordered a breakfast melt. I was being told that they were close to having lunch so they were not going to do any more sausages. I said okay, and was prepared to leave. She said hold on and I hear her asking about making another sausage. Then she said that they could do the order.
Now I was grateful at first until I got halfway home and took out my breakfast melt. The bread wasn't toasted at all. They just slapped some bread on it and called it good. I would have understood if you just told me no more breakfast. It was a few minutes before you would have changed, so it could have gone either way. I just wanted something to put on my stomach and I didn't get what I ordered. Sad part is this is the 3rd time that my order wasn't right and my last. Learned my lesson. Don't go here.

This location is always messing up orders, I suggest you look in the bag before pulling off. My niece ordered our food, through the Mobile App my husband goes to pick up the food. They gave him someone else's order, from Uber eats. we went through customer service through the app, the representative tried offering me two $15 coupons. I don't want no coupons, I want my durn money back for goods that I didn't receive. If I pay for something, I expect to get what I paid for. I definitely will be doing a charge back with my bank, I rather go to the location on MLK.
