I went to this kfc yesterday and was treated very disrespectful. Was refused to be served. Because they have a kios and was told the employees no longer take orders at the counter
Very horrible service came in 45 minutes to closing Wanted to eat of course the manger talking loud saying oh I’m not making no more chicken it’s 45 minutes to closing while we standing there an they haven’t yet to greet us upon us arriving, poor customer service I eat at kfc faithfully and I never want to go back because of this just rude and disrespectful
Chicken Finger's were so old they had begun to discolor and the Manager may have well just called me a liar. There was no biscuit with my meal or my co workers meal, worst customer service ever. Every one working there except for maybe two people, have NO people skills whatsoever. They always look as If they hate being there. Then the "Manager" tells me she doesn't have the District Manager's number, or the number to their Home office. I had to call another location for that number....read full review
