McDonald's is a restaurant with mixed reviews. While some customers find the food to be okay, others have experienced wrong orders and long wait times. The workers' appearance and professionalism have been criticized, with issues like forgetting drinks, getting orders wrong, and long wait times being highlighted. One customer mentioned having to wait for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Additionally, there were complaints about the lack of organization and leadership among employees, especially during evening shifts. Despite some positive comments about the morning crew, there is a general consensus that this McDonald's location needs a complete overhaul to improve customer service and efficiency.
