One manger at night extremely rude to staff and customers. I was told to order on the machine and it doesn’t give an option for grilled , she then yelled at one staff member a young man who tried to help. Completely unprofessional and insinsative.

The young coolest people working behind the counter, do not have any idea how to take care of a customer. 4 older people walked in, that could not see a scream. Now we were told order at the kiosk. I abruptly walked away, and then I add questions. So if I pay cash, where do I pay cash? Because you can pay cash at the register. Why can't I just order the food at the register too? This is what the world has come to now.I'm going the burger king

If the owners can't properly train the associates to do their job, they Should consider selling franchise. Don't go to this KFC and expect to get what you ordered

Very rude. They do not want to talk to the customer. They do not want to take your order. They just want a kiosk to do the work for them. I left.
Whoever the new lady is at the drive-thru window today around 5:15 pm, she needs to be retrained. She doesn’t know a side comes with a kids meal and she’s super rude. I got NO side in my bag and when I inquired, she literally tried to force me to take an apple sauce when the menu explicitly states YOUR choice of a side and list about 4 options for the kids meal. Then, I didn’t even get a receipt, straws, or napkins. When I asked for sauce she hurriedly walked off in the middle of me asking. I had to wait and ask again. I also had to go back around the drive-thru and ask for a manager to get the side that I wanted with the kids meal. Whoever the owner of this establishment is, needs to have his/her friends take a trip to this restaurant and order from the drive-thru window and then report back to him what’s really going on from the customers’ point-of-view.

This place has to be the worst KFC I've ever been to you could literally scream your order to them and they'll still get it wrong every time I've gone there my order has been wrong even after telling them two or three times that it was wrong they were still confused

If I could have given a half a star I would have first of all I got wrong food when I got home had to go back up there then they rude and I get home a second time and the brown bag fall out bottom and food hit the ground hot food all over me , my car , my phone and the ground will not go back to Gardencity location ever ever again

I visted the Garden city location on yesterday. I havent been in awhile i ordered my food which came out to $23 dollars but i must say the chicken i recieved was horrible it was very soggy and just thrown in the box and my fries were cold.. they were not even busy and also why would you serve food you wouldnt eat.. very disappointed in kfc
