Staff complained about having to take our order (kiosk one was slow, kiosk two wasn't functional), and they even refused to do so. The manager and staff (4-5) had lunch in the dining room while cursing loudly. The food was excellent, though

The only reason this KFC is open is because of the name SMH The manager that was on duty today with the blue shirt needs not make remarks nor assumptions about guest, Yes I heard everything you said as did my client. No worries we are on the phone with guest complaints service first thing tomorrow morning! Shout out to the young lady that had a smile on the entire time & the other young lady that helped to put our food together. Y'all good but your manager needs a better working attitude

3 Sep ‘24 4:20 pm Rude and unfriendly! Dirty parking lot! Dirty windows and door! Dirty floors and counter. Paid online and girl at window told me I had to come inside. Go inside and a different girl literally threw my order on the counter without saying a word. Why couldn’t she hand it to me at the window? Also a guy with a kfc shirt on was sleeping on a table. The biscuit was ice cold, the chicken was greasy, the mashed potatoes had no salt/flavor. The lady in front of me in line at window came inside because her kids nuggets and fries were not in her bag. Just awful experience. Will never darken the door of this place again.

Employees too unprofessional. I did my order online, and I gave them my receipt but they argue that I didn't pay for my food when I showed them my receipt and my credit card charge. Saying "there's nothing to do with us" you didn't pay for it. Ending calling costumer service online to get a refund. They waste my time like an hour when they could just give me food which I paid for it.

I really wish I can give no star’s. This KFC in Garden City is disgusting. The employees here are unprofessional, don’t speak when you come in to order, stand around look at you 5-10 minutes go back to talking on there phones, cursing, discussing how they should leave this job and about applying at other places, rude is a complaint for this place it’s far worst. I seen one older lady who fix the orders she never says anything walk around like a deer in head lights… just lost instead of putting her foot down. If they don’t want to work leave, fire, rehire workers that value a job… You got customers paying their hard earned money for this childish, immature employee’s that just want to clown and laugh around while taking orders at drive thru.. I don’t know who the manager is but if he/she condones this behavior they need to grow up as well. How is this place even still open with the disrespectful behavior. I’m not old but It’s a whole different generation now from me growing up with parents that installed moral, value, respect, professionalism. This place got to do better because it’s you’re lose of money/ business if not..If you know better then you do better… I hope this review get in the right hands of CEO or reliable manager for a change….

They are the epitome of unprofessionalism! They did not open the doors until 10:35 am. They were to open at 10:30! The manager with the orange hair seemed perturbed that I wanted chicken. She didn't want to open the restaurant. She didn't greet me. She half turned to me and said, "Order at the kiosk!" She then began a rant about people wanting KFC in the morning and how there are other restaurants open. I addressed her comments and left.

An hr after I left $100 was took off my card for a sports betting app. Since this is the only place that I gave my card to I'm %100 sure it was them. Don't ever go threw the drive threw.
