This KFC has the rudest employee/ manager that I have encountered in years! I am writing this as the first review to my experience with the KFC stores. Last evening, I visited 3 different stores to be met with hostility and rudeness. Garden City was my first location! The drive through experience was a nightmare. I was rushed to place my order while being short talked and cut off as I tried to clearly state what I wanted from the coupon I was using. Unfortunately, I don't take too kindly to rude obnoxious behaviors for no reason. It was very liberating to calm the manager down by making sure she understood that I was the customer who will not be rushed by simply stating my order in a slower response. As for arriving at the pick up window 😕...well let's just say the manager was very demeaning to the drive through employee and because of a system glitch totally lost it with me and asked me to come in because I was not comfortable waiting in a parking space while the employees still had my credit card. I informed her waiting was not a problem as the chicken strips needed to prepared fresh. The problem I had was leaving the window without my payment card. The rude behavior, lack of professional training, and being charged with out getting my food is not acceptable. I was so floored..I asked the manager why are you so mean? The time was around 4:45 - 5:00 because the traffic was horrendous.A refund is in order and will be rendered! The next review will be posted on MLK's KFC location. STAY TUNED!!

Purchased food online for pick up. Order received was not what was placed-I ordered 2 4- pc double mash: 1 original & 1-crispy. According to the app, the chicken should have been a mix of white and dark. Both orders received were crispy and only one box contained a breast. The chicken did not appear nor taste like it was recently cooked AT ALL. Every piece except the 4 legs had these dark hardened sections under the skin. Not one person acknowledged the inability to fill the order as placed and offer options. Very disappointing. I NEVER mind waiting on fresh, hot food🥴 because I want and expect what I pay for. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING...

I felt like they were rushing me to place an order. They didn't give us any condiments, nakins nor a fork. The wedges were half done. My friend didn't even eat all of hers. She attempted to give them to me; I declined. We didn't get our receipts. My lemonade was lemon water.

Not sure which bird-like creature that tiny little Wing came off of and the Drumstick looked like malnourished road kill. $22 for two 2 piece combos and a drink. Sad. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

I ordered a 16 peace which is supposed to be a mix of legs, thighs, wings and breast , unless requested dark or white. I got all dark, which I do not eat and it was extremely greasy. Fries that tasted like they had been setting there for days. I will not go back to the KFC in Garden City.

One manger at night extremely rude to staff and customers. I was told to order on the machine and it doesn’t give an option for grilled , she then yelled at one staff member a young man who tried to help. Completely unprofessional and insinsative.

The young coolest people working behind the counter, do not have any idea how to take care of a customer. 4 older people walked in, that could not see a scream. Now we were told order at the kiosk. I abruptly walked away, and then I add questions. So if I pay cash, where do I pay cash? Because you can pay cash at the register. Why can't I just order the food at the register too? This is what the world has come to now.I'm going the burger king
