First time to eat at Waffle House today for breakfast at 10am. I actually liked their waffles, reminds me of home but thicker, the hash brown is alright, Texas Melt sandwich was good tooI. I give 5 STARS for the staff there today. Shout out to Stephanie (server) and Corey (cook) for handling it well and being very professional. They were serving both with a smile and thankful for the patience. The breakfast rush is really nerve wracking, but they tackled it as a team! Mind you, only 2 people working with customers coming in for breakfast. They were both working very hard and trying their best to accomodate all customers, but you can only do so much! So, BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER!

We can in a waited almost 1 hr before our order was taken. The staff argued on how to call out orders for 10 mins. The table was never fully reset. The worst experience in my many Waffle Houses. Is this the new standard? Don’t come to this one for sure until staff become more professional. Wayyyy cold in this one too!

Hash browns are ALWAYS under cooked, as is most of the food, order is almost always wrong. Staff is friendly, but they need to learn how to actually cook, as well as get the order accurate. Come on, they do this all day every day but still can't get shit right?? Is management even paying attention at all??
