“My brother and I went on a BBQ road trip today to Norris BBQ and it was well worth the 300 mile round trip. Definitely old school bbq in an old metal barn with old farm implements all around. The chopped pork was great, good smoke and sweet pork taste. Very good vinegar sauce that compliments the meat well. The half chicken was flavorful with slightly dry breast but the leg and thigh were great. The stew was excellent with just enough chucks of corn and tomato.
