We visit McDonald's in our hometown often. love it! However, we are traveling and ended up at this location the day after Christmas because many other things were closed for lunch. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the most discomBobulated, chaotic McDonald's experience I've ever had. We had to use the kiosk because no one would take an order up front. The area was filled with people waiting for food and people waiting to order. There was one lady working on orders who continually kept complaining. About having no ketchup "anywhere". There were no napkins out, so people were having to ask for napkins, and she complained out loud to the staff. I think it ends up that she's the manager. I asked her name, and she said Lilly. We took a locator number to our table, but when I heard her call out our order number, I walked up with the locator and asked her "why did I need this?" and she said? I'm bagging food so I couldn't bring it to you. That's fine. I just wondered. She said she was scheduled to work until 6, but she was thinking about just going home. Anyway, the food was decent. I would never go back to that location again. If she's the manager, she needs to be retrained. After many years in management, I'm certain that managers are supposed to set a positive example for the others to follow. That is not happening here.

This McDonald's is pretty decent, not too bad . But when you order online, they tend to always either get the order wrong or miss putting something in the bag completely. Also, they dont look well enough for your order if its not right in front of their face . The children's play area is small but ok , nothing much to do but climb and it always seem to be moist .they are really busy during lunch as expected so go before 11:30am and after 1pm if you dont want to have a long wait .
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they have a play area although its small.
The new bagel was terrible. The crispy chicken biscuits are very good. The prices are to to high now.

I’ve been living here for 3 years and I can count on 1 hand the times that everything with a single order has been 100% right.
This morning we tried a simple one, per usual..
3 sausage patties,
1 steak egg and cheese bagel,
1 Sweet tea,
4 hash browns,
And 1 Caramel Frap.
Got the patties and hashbrowns.
An unsweet tea, a sausage bagel, and a mocha frap.
All served with some 1/10 attitudes.
I honestly do not understand how this place can thrive in a town so hard on quality control.

Don’t go thru drive thru with your window down…FLIES EVERYWHERE. Pulled up to the window to pay for my order…flies flying in and out - employee wasn’t even phased by them…didn’t even swat at them.
