McDonald's store #19975 have a very rude night shift female manager with a rude attitude toward customers at times. You don't tell customers certain things. Glennville is better than that. I want be ordering from this location

you have a manager that is so rude to customer s and workers. I saw your manager invite a customer into the building after being rude to them at the drive thru. When the customer came in she refused to take her order. she was very unprofessional and Glennville is better than that

I’ll start off by saying, it’s McDonald’s the food is what you expect. There’s no communication between any of them. There was barely that many customers but for the wait for a curbside to be ~24 mins is insane. I wanted to cancel the order but with the app they won’t allow you to cancel once the order has been “started”. After leaving my vehicle to come inside I tried to get the attention of a few workers to grab my order (which was in plain sight) and the one friendly guy (I think he was a cleaner) in there finally got them to give it to me.

Literally went to pick up my food and they forgot my sandwich. My fries were cold and it was just a mess. I went back to grab my sandwich they didn’t remake it, they just gave me the one that had been sitting there and the. When I asked for a new fry (I was v polite) the said no. What a waste of time.

Grabbed a 5 dollar meal... all of it was fresh and hot fries too. They were very busy in the drive thru, this location has a double order drive thru. Restroom was clean too.

I pull up to the window and by the sound of the voice I am interrupting something so I proceeded and ordered two things after waiting for almost 20 minutes I was throwing a bag which I assumed was my meal and a chocolate milk that my son told me was nasty so I smelt it and it was sour I tasted it and it was awful spoiled milk. But the worst part is the kids meal was not even in the bag I was up the road and two upset to even want to go back to McDonald's I hope that people just stop going to McDonald's as they have ruin the fast food experiences with hideous customer service and insane food prices I refuse to ever go to a McDonald's in my life again.

My order was never delivered. It's very annoying, especially when you are a diabetic. All they have to do is make a phone call to get better directions if they don't have a gps.
