I don't live in Glennville but I come to town often for work. The food here is always fresh and hot with large portions and they are always willing to customize the dishes to your liking. I normally order the house special lo mein or mei fun with extra shrimp and a small wonton soup. Even though the soup is simple, it's the best I've had. Did you change the family dinner special recently so it no longer includes the three drinks? Overall, excellent, underrated restaurant in town!
I'm from Connecticut and been here in Glenville visiting my mom. Green Tea Chinese restaurant is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever had. I've had general Tso's chicken, a perfect combination of sweet, savoury, spicy and tangy.Their house fried rice is excellent. Chicken wings perfect and huge. We love this takeout Chinese place! The "salt and pepper shrimp" is one of our family favorites! We place a large order of just that sometimes, not even rice! But all of their food is great, cooked fresh, and ready quickly.
