There are alot of high-school kids that get mistreated and wrote up for things the grown manergers should oversee they put all the close hrs on teens who have school the next day then the Mgr use bad language to the kids to make them feel afraid then the Mgr hire there family members and cut the kids our then the family member sit around all day and smoke cigarettes but never get a write up it's unethical to me when a child works off the clock, this location needs a audit and osha to look into this because kids have had there hands cut and burns but no gear to protect them and if u work at subway please someone tell me why after a year at subway u still have not got a raise this franchise store are the lowest standard of businesses laws need to change for our kids ,who want to work shame on the owners may God have mercy on ur non carein ways

Writing this as I wait even longer for my mobile order because the young man up front would rather flirt and hand feed a young woman bacon over the counter. This is very unprofessional and unsanitary. I walked in for my mobile order and had to wait for that interaction to be over to even be greeted. Someone from the back finally came up to prepare my order. I will be contacting Miss Paige over this. The young woman working was very helpful and nice. It had nothing to do with her, just want to make that clear !

Edited to add: My sandwich wasn’t even made correctly but I already got all the way home and just don’t even feel like dealing with that guy again. I should’ve checked before leaving but I had already waited long enough and was even more frustrated that the man tried to justify feeding the girl bacon over the counter after I asked the woman for the managers information.

Update: I feel like I’m going to get hepatitis from this subway. So gross!

THE REBUILT subway.
I mean a subway is all the same but what makes one better over another is how well the sandwich is put together. Quality over quantity. They really should slow down making the sandwiches. Unfortunately the sandwich makers are moving so fast and slapping it all together :/ it’s the only one in town. Y’all have the upper hand, everyone loves a sub… but slow down make em better

Ordered online got there 15mins later order was not ready no one in the store computer was beeping .Then the the poor girl was coming for shift had to make my order. no one around one out side .The kid comes in from outside says I'm not making meatballs or chicken and that what I ordered online ......p.s Thank you to girl that came in for her shift for making my subs.

The short one with arm tats rushed through the order, was not courteous. Felt like she was trying to rush me away. As I was leaving I understood why; she went to the parking lot to kiss and chat with a man. The young girl with dreadlocks was flat out rude. No customer service whatsoever.

I had a mobile order last night and the app said it was ready. So I went to pick it up it wasn't ready, it hadn't been started yet. The manager gave me a complimentary cup for a drink so I sat down and waited.Im about 10 minutes both my sandwiches were ready and they were delicious! The employees were apologetic for not having them ready but I would wait every time for sandwiches like they made last night

I done an online order at 4:44 and it said online that it would be ready at 5. I sat and waited for over 15 minutes after my food was suppose to be ready. Will not come back to this subway again. VERY SLOW SERVICE!!
