Today I took my daughter and niece to lunch. My daughter's sub was burnt and she could not eat it. It was not what was said but the way she talked down to my daughter. We were not asking for anything for free but just letting them know. We did not even mind that it took one hour to get our food. I go to eat there all the time. But there is a way to talk to people.
