At first I really didn't think much of this place, because I came here back when it first opened. Service was terrible and always got my order wrong. Me and my wife ate here this morning for breakfast and it was good. Now I just have to try their lunch and see if it's good.

Chicken sandwich raw in the middle. I have never gotten an order from Jacks that was cooked properly

Food is good but 8 out of 10 times they will forget to put something you ordered in the bag. I'm not even talking big orders. There could only be 4 biscuits on the order and they will put 3 in the bag. I don't get it. Ever since they opened they've had this problem.

Egg cheese bacon biscuit wasn't bad but, could have been a lot hotter almost cold. Same at mcdonalds. Don't these restaurants have a way to keep things at least warm or hot.

12-21-24 At around 17:20 a worker was on the food prep line (side by the deep friers) making customers food and also eating fried chicken. (There is a camera above where he was at) I said something to the manager in the Grey shirt when she brought up a container of mashed potatoes, she shrugged her shoulders at me, funny thing was she was on the other side of the line talking to him while he was doing it laughing and cutting up with him. She said there was nothing she could do about it, they do what they want. I asked if that was against health violations and she said it was and walked off. The food at this location is outstanding. But I don't plan on coming back after seeing what I saw. I don't want someone's germs on my food that I ain't married to or in a relationship with.

What makes me mad is the small cups they put the ranch in and only fill it half way, it's not enough for anything.
It never fails! Always poor drive through and after paying ..”pull ahead” and wait for stale steamed burgers or chicken sandwich!! Always poor food!

After trying to get a ice cream at McDonald's I'd knew i could count on the Jacks Family Restaurant as usual!
