Place is absolutely terrible. Asked for sauce while in the drive thru. Got to the window, and when the lady handed me the food I asked if the sauce was in the bag. She didn’t even check and told me yes. I pulled into the parking spot off to the right of the building because I know they always screw something up. Looked in the bag, NOT A SINGLE SAUCE. In the grand scheme of things it’s not a big deal but when they make silly mistakes like this even after I asked them twice it gets old and annoying. Fries were also soggy and kind of not done. Step it up. It ain’t hard

If I could have given it no stars, I would have. On June 10, 2025, I ordered at the drive thru which went quickly, so I pulled around to pay. First, while waiting to receive my food I observed a trash can over filled where the crew member was waiting at the fry station. Second, she was holding my fry cup with her index finger over in it with no gloves on. The third and final mistake after filling my fry cup and putting it in the bag, she preceding to wipe her fingers on her pants which was filthy. So I asked her was she taking money and fixing food with no gloves on, she answered YES, so I politely told her thanks but I didn't want it just canceled the order and I drove away. First time at any Jack's restaurant and the last time at Jack's in Gray, GA.

The manager that is here today needs to be fired. Nothing for anyone was ready. He took all the customers money and then had them pull into a parking place. This was at least 6 customers. This is ridiculous. I have been waiting 15 minutes and STILL WAITING .

I love Jack's but the service is bad at every one I have been to in GA. I wish they could just get the service time down. Like the employees are new every day.
Sunday March 30th 1:45pm. Our worst experience yet here At Jacks. Completely unorganized. Customers walking out. We would have too had I not already paid. Staff acted as if they do not care about anything. Food was cold by the time we got it. Just plain awful experience.

At first I really didn't think much of this place, because I came here back when it first opened. Service was terrible and always got my order wrong. Me and my wife ate here this morning for breakfast and it was good. Now I just have to try their lunch and see if it's good.
